National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation

This week we are discussing "National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation", which is the greatest Christmas sequel ever.  We discussed if this movie involves a "Vacation", Jamie's friends in high places, Clark's odd pool fantasy, Eddie being Eddie, the career of a food additive expert, and more.  This is our last sequel of 2021, so thank you for listening and 2022 is going to be epic! This is a video review you can watch at sequelsonly.com/ChristmasVacation The next sequel we are reviewing is "Batman Forever" with a pretty epic cast to follow up "Batman Returns.  I interviewed special fx artist Eddie Yang who was a sculptor and painting on this one, but this is one of many EPIC credits that Eddie has.  Others include Predator, Gremlins 2, Return of the Swamp Thing, Avatar, and so much more.  Eddie’s story about just dropping into local effect studios at the age of 16 is one you will love, plus how he connected with and started working with Rick Baker is a goodie too.  Plus Eddie remembers the late great (and former guest) Tim Lawrence who gave Eddie one of his first jobs.  Amazing chat.
