National STEM Champion Elle Saleeby on Outside of the Box

On this episode, I talked with National STEM Champion Elle Saleeby who took a scary situation and turned it into an innovative opportunity to help fellow young people. Kids are frequently in danger of being hit by a vehicle while walking to school. When Elle experienced this herself, she recognized a need to have better protection and developed a backpack insert.
