Nationals Rally Past Angels | Washington Nationals News

The Nationals pulled off a gritty, comeback win against the Angels after a shaky start—using an opener for Jake Irvin, who ended up pitching five innings out of the bullpen and giving up three runs. But they rallied with four runs in the eighth to take the lead and clinch a 6-5 victory, sweeping the series and ending a seven-game losing streak. This win marks their third straight victory and signals a major momentum shift, proving they can dig deep and find ways to win—even when things don’t go perfectly from the jump.
