In this poddy i chat with Sarah O’Brien -Spiritual Tradie Political and Law correspondent!! (she’s a lawyer but she won’t admit it) about how burning the candle at both ends luckily gave her anxiety and caused her to find yoga and meditation, we spoke about her experiences with Vedic and Osho meditation..
