Navigating a new life in France w/ the Visitor Visa & Freelancer Visa

France is one of the most visited countries in the world, but the French doors are not only open to tourists - they also provide a super simple pathway to long term residency. Today we dive into the details of the French Visitors Visa and the French Freelance Visa, both of which offer the opportunity to live in France for a year, with the ability to renew it multiple times, and even a pathway to citizenship. To help us understand your options, we speak with Eléonore Tavares de Pinho, Head of French Immigration at Lexidy Law in Paris. As an expat herself that grew up living in multiple countries, Eleonor is well aware of the challenges associated with immigrating to a foreign land, and today she specializes in helping expats around the world build a new life in France, while avoiding the bureaucratic headaches.
