Today on the podcast I’m joined by the legend himself, newest pro on the block, Ethan Gregg! This is one of the most inspiring and fun conversations I’ve had on the podcast to date. Ethan has faced a lot of adversity in his running career but has also had extreme success. From being DQ’ed at the national championship in the 5k to losing the cross country team battle by one point at nationals and to having to end his last college track season early due to injury. But he has an individual cross country national title which he won in 2023, team and individual track titles, and he’s been a source of inspiration to others which in my opinion is one of his most impressive accomplishments!
