Outside being an avid runner himself he loves to work with runners both from a rehab and performance perspective. Over the years he has developed an interest in how to best manage bone stress injuries with his runners.  During Part 1 of this conversation with touch on what a bone stress injury is, some of the subjective and objective findings that are important to be aware of, and how you communicate this diagnosis to a client.
