Navigating Conflict from a Heart-Centered Place with James 'Fish' Gill

from The Infinite Podcast · host Gloria Riechers

James (AKA Fish) Gill is a heart coach and transformational facilitator based in Australia and working internationally. Fish specializes in conflict navigation, relationship repair and conscious communication. His work is based in radical empathy, courageous action and growing a clear vision of how we want to experience love. Fish’s work revolves around the notion that each of us in our hearts have yearnings and pain that drive our actions. From what I understand of his philosophy, even beneath an “evil” action, there is always a pure heart desire and yearning at the deepest root. When we are able to consider our own pain and yearnings and the pain and yearnings of those we are in conflict with, we can truly find peace and resolution.  This ended up being an extremely vulnerable episode for me. Fish helped me work through a fresh break-up, teaching me his 4-piece conflict resolution model as a way to work through challenging situations. When you listen to this episode, consider how you could apply this framework to sticky situations in your life. We all experience conflicts in relationships, so this episode will give you some new tools to approach conflict with fresh eyes. STAY IN TOUCH WITH FISH:Website: LeadByHeart.comFollow: @James_Fish_GillGrow: Individual and Couples CoachingParticipate: Training ProgramsKEEP UP WITH GLO:Relax: Free Meditation to Reduce Anxiety and Heal IBSEnroll: Glo's IBS Healing CourseTikTok: @GloitupInsta: @GloitupYoutube:  Gloria Riechers
