Navigating Grief After Loss with Cindy Burns

Welcome to the Personal Development Trailblazers Podcast! In this episode, we dive into navigating grief after loss. Cindy Burns became a grief coach after her husband of 33 years lost his battle with lung cancer on August 2, 2011. It took her seven years and a bout of depression to realize that she needed a new purpose. She found it, and in doing so, she knew that she needed to help others in similar situations, navigating the maze of grief.  When she isn’t working, I can often be found testing out new software or doing jigsaw puzzles while listening to cozy mystery audiobooks.
