The stages are: Denial, Anger, Bargaining, Depression, Acceptance. Some individuals might experience other emotions and reactions not covered by this grief model, such as shock, guilt, anxiety, or relief (especially in cases of prolonged suffering or illness).Grief is a highly individualized process, and thus it is not a one-size-fits-all experience.The intricate relationship between unresolved grief and addiction, focusing on how trauma and emotional pain can lead to substance abuse and/or relapse.and supporting recovery.Roles of Mindfulness and Mediation in grief. The importance of support systems, sober sisters, medical professionals, recovery support groups, personal coaches, mentors, etc. Why it’s important to identify an exhaustive list of potential grief triggers, &So much more….Host Bio:Gen Stoney is a recovery mentor, sober sexuality coach, unapologetic woman, happily married for over 12years, and mom to 2 lil boys.
