In this capacity, he is focused on the company’s customer and partner-led groups that connect HubSpot users interested in advancing their tech knowledge. Oscar is also a trained organizer and facilitator, previously working with grassroots community groups, school districts, law firms, and major corporations in their diversity and inclusion efforts. Passionate about social and restorative justice, he seeks to create a safe space for individuals to be their full selves, as well as self-reflect on their identity and how to show up as stronger allies in society.
