Reza Rahmani began his career working on clean energy projects, aiming to make a positive impact on the world. Driven to expand his influence, he explored various engineering roles, as well as positions in procurement and supply chain management, seeking work that connected him more closely with people. 

Still searching for deeper fulfillment, Reza’s path took an unexpected turn into Human Resources after developing a strong rapport with his company’s head of HR—a certified coach. Inspired by this mentor and his own passion for personal growth, Reza embraced coach training, merging his interest in self-improvement with a new purpose: empowering others to achieve their best through meaningful human connection.
