This week on Journey to June, I am joined by one of my past coaches, Anna Goldstein. Anna is an NYU Certified Life & Business Coach and Author of Be Bold; A Guide to Unbreakable Confidence. I connected with Anna at a time in my life when I was yearning for something more, but wasn’t sure where to start. Although I was cautious about working with a coach at first, Anna ultimately helped me gain the courage to envision what I wanted and to go after it.  In this episode, Anna shares about her journey as an athlete and the power of mindset in sports.
