'Navigating life's ultra' with Tarun Walecha

Episode 31 brings you a conversation with my long time friend Tarun Walecha.  Tarun holds a degree in architecture from Manipal institute of Technology, and a Post graduate diploma in Environment planning and a project management course from IIT Tarun is a seasoned runner who’s been running for nearly a decade and a half and has built a couple of amazing communities of fitness lovers by the name ‘Runextreme’ and ‘Fit with T’. He has also written numerous blogs on running, fitness and architecture.  But in this conversation you’ll barely hear about any of these. My goal with this conversation was to get to know him as a person, the way he navigates his relationships - especially fatherhood, we talk about the wisdom that he shares with young children during his talks at various schools and on a few occasions, I push him to reflect and go deeper into places one usually doesn’t often visit, especially not on a public platform. This conversation is about relationships, it’s about life lessons, it’s about love. In essence, this conversation is about a beautiful life journey with all it’s ups and downs.
