Navigating Mental Health - Emptying Your Bucket with Cooper Chapman

from Darling, Shine! · host LiSTNR

Chloe's younger brother, Cooper of The Good Human Factory joins us this week. Cooper teaches us the importance of actively taking care of your mental health on a daily scale, not just when we are struggling. He provides us with tools and techniques to do so. This week Darling, Shine! is working to raise money for Cooper through a Go Fund Me fundraiser.  As teenage suicide and self harm rates continue to rapidly increase, he will continue to raise awareness to young people. Every $10 donation covers the cost of 1 student in coopers workshops. We hope that our fundraising efforts see Cooper visiting new schools across Australia.
