Navigating neurodivergence as a high masking woman

I wasn't sure if I'd dive straight into this this week, but given it's what is occupying most of my headspace and life right now - and this is literally a show all about that - it feels important to speak to my recent autism diagnosis after considering the reality of this for a couple of years now.I share how I'm integrating this new understanding of myself in real time - and how I feel autism is synonymous with being an energetically sensitive and highly in-tune person. So really, any psychic is likely on the spectrum in some way (IMO).Would love to hear what you think - and thank you for being gentle with me as this one is a very new, recent and vulnerable thread and one I know will be perceived in many different ways (not all true). This is just the heartfelt truth of my own experience that is still very freshly unfolding.
