Navigating Paratransit with Rideshare Services

In this episode of the Next Up with NextGen podcast, we feature a recording from the January 2024 ACB NextGen education event. They talked about how several paratransit agencies from around the country have started contracting with rideshare companies like Uber and Lyft to provide more transportation options to local residents.
