Rachel has over 15 year’s sales experience and has previously worked in insurance, advertising and now for the last 7 years in events selling in the fast tech space within B2B and serving the accounting and finance community. Rachel is an event manager, working on the worlds largest accounting and finance expo reaching a community of over 50,000 through events, media, and virtual in the UK.  Accountex is run by Diversified Business communications, a global event organiser with over 12+ trade shows in the UK in multiple sectors.    Diversified acquired Accountex in 2016, Rachel was 12 months into her sales role at Diversified and was awarded the opportunity to move across to work on this new acquisition as Senior Sales Executive and has since be awarded two promotions with the most recent being Event Manager.    Since joining Diversified in 2015 Rachel has immersed herself into the events, accounting, tech and finance world, growing to nearly 7,000 followers on LinkedIn Rachel has become a trusted influential face in the industry.    Rachel says bringing people together is what excites me, I love working with the movers and shakers in the tech industry and providing a platform for accountants and finance professionals to connect, learn and grow and drive change within their business.    We are working in multiple industry’s one being events (our world), two being tech (our exhibitors), 3 accounting and finance (our visitors) all three sectors are very different and fascinating to me especially our accounting and finance community the change this industry is continuing to go through is astonishing which is why what we do is so important.
