A funny and in-depth  interview with Fiona Neary.  Fiona talks about  being single after 50 and online dating; her experience of menopause and what works for her and the role of a step mother.  Among many things Fiona is a freelance consultant supporting organisations, teams and people to develop, adapt and remain strategic. She has three decades experience at senior level in the Not For Profit sector, including delivery of national strategy oversight and leading EU wide projects with up to 28 partner agencies, and has represented Ireland at both EU and UN levels. Fiona brings proven expertise in organisation systems, structures and change management. Recent consultancy includes delivery of Feasibility Studies for both Local Authorities and Government Departments, Strategic Support to Senior Management of third level institutions and more.  Fiona has also produced a play recently.
