On the heels of his epic visit to The Life Stylist studio (episode drops Christmas Eve day), I recently checked in with my friend Aaron Abke on his platform, 4D University.In this conversation, I riff on my “top three tips” for spiritual awakening: surrender, keeping holy company, and minding the mind.I talk about how surrender keeps me humble and right-sized in this life where so much is out of our control; how hanging out with spiritually-evolved beings helps keep the ego in check; and how it’s essential to not let the mind overstep the bounds of its usefulness.These three have served me well on my spiritual path.
