Navigating Your Loved One's Birthday

When your loved one's birthday comes around each year, it's quite a bittersweet day to navigate. This year my Dad would have turned 70. Birthdays are meant for celebrating life and this day can feel so strange for many. Do you celebrate it? Do you ignore it and treat it as another day? In this episode, I share how I navigate my Dad's birthday, and how I tend to the emotions that typically come up around this time of the year.
