NBA Contenders, CFP Semifinals & NFL Wild Card Picks | Dead End Sports

We’re officially into the new year, and the sports calendar is loaded. On this episode of Dead End Sports, we turn our attention to the NBA as contenders and pretenders start to separate, with Christmas Day matchups sparking a new Spurs vs Thunder rivalry and the Pistons making noise atop the East. We then shift to college football, breaking down the College Football Playoff semifinals after a wild holiday stretch that saw dominant wins, major upsets, and a shocking loss for the defending champs. Who took the worst L, and who’s heading to the National Championship? In the NFL, the regular season wrapped with a dramatic AFC North showdown as the Steelers edged the Ravens in a win-and-you’re-in game. We debate Lamar Jackson’s future in Baltimore and whether Aaron Rodgers can finally get Mike Tomlin a playoff win in this decade. We close the show with our final picks of the regular season and our Wild Card Weekend predictions, plus Spike’s Power Rankings. Learn more about your ad choices.
