NBA Finals Update June 13th, 2026

After 53 years, the wait is over. The New York Knicks win the NBA Championship beating the San Antonio Spurs 94 to 90 in Game 4 of the 2026 NBA Finals ending the series four games to one in five games. For New York, this is the franchise first NBA Championship since 1973. In the fourth quarter, guard Jalen Brunson delivered a masterpiece bringing the Knicks from a 16-point deficit finishing with 45 points earning the Bill Russell Finals MVP award. Other players contributing to the championship win were Mikal Bridges with 14 points, Josh Hart had a double-double with 13 points and 11 rebounds, and OG Anunoby finished with 11 points. As for the Spurs, Dylan Harper was the team’s leading scorer with 25 points, Victor Wembanyama had a double-double with 19 points and 14 rebounds, Julian Champagnie had 14 points, and Devin Vassell finished with 12 points.
