What a game at The Frost Bank Center in San Antonio, Texas in Game 2 of the 2026 NBA Finals with the New York Knicks beating the San Antonio Spurs in a thriller 105 to 104. With less than thirteen seconds left in the game, the Spurs committed a turnover when guard Stephon Castle was not paying attention after center Victor Wembanyama attempted to pass him the ball causing New York to regain possession. With less than six seconds left, Wembanyama had an opportunity to win the game, but his shot fell short giving New York the win. Knicks center Karl-Anthony Towns had a double-double with 21 points and 13 rebounds. Mikal Bridges and Jalen Brunson finished with 20 points. OG Anunoby scored 17 points, and Landry Shamet came off the bench scoring 13 points. As for San Antonio, Victor Wembanyama finished with 29 points, De’Aaron Fox scored 20 points, Dylan Harper finished with 15 points, and Devin Vassell and Stephon Castle had 14 points.
