NBA Insider Eric Wilson on how the "Racial Justice Movement" is an issue players will not keep silent about

from The Politically Incorrect Podcast · host Jim Williams

This week our guest in NBA Insider Eric Wilson the host of The Sports Arena and he gives us the latest news on the player's choice to pause the playoffs. Moved by the videotaped shooting of Jacob Blake, earlier this week in Wisconsin, many professional athletes — some who had previously donned Black Lives Matter T-Shirts and knelt for the national anthem to protest racial injustice — made a more dramatic statement. Other sports leagues, Major League Baseball, the National Hockey League, the National Football League, Major League Soccer, the WNBA, and other stars in individual sports demanding an end to racial injustice quickly joined the NBA players. We do a deep dive into where the things go from here and all indications are that they will push a strong get out to vote effort. They will also push forward with the help of the NBA some strong moves to seek racial justice reform. Stay tuned as we will follow all the storylines here on the pod.
