The NCAA has long been one of the worst run sports organizations in the world, certainly one with more cheating and under table payoffs than just about any other. Now they are so intertwined with billions of dollars in gambling kickbacks and revenue, they're willing to use the players themselves to insure they can keep the cash flowing. By loosening gambling rules, they open the door to more eventual game fixing.
