He says people in good shape are almost always going to get preferred at work—something he first noticed at Google. They weren't hiring overweight people.You're likely to get hired if your body conveys that you have the ability to discipline yourself and keep a consistent work schedule. Alex also talks about eating right. He reveals how he found the diet framework that worked for him and how it opened up many opportunities.This conversation was everything I anticipated it would be.
