NCLEX Preparation using a Coaching Model

Drs. Rubenstein and Schlairet describe their innovative NCLEX coaching model. Senior students are paired with faculty for 6 weeks of NCLEX coaching. Students self-assess strengths, risk factors, and challenges related to NCLEX preparation, and coaches and students co-develop a preparation and success plan.
