Ndifuna Ukwazi on their con-court win

The Constitutional Court has ruled that the sale of the former Tafelberg School site in Sea Point was unlawful, finding that the Western Cape government and the City of Cape Town have failed to adequately provide affordable housing in well-located urban areas. The judgment reinforces the constitutional obligation to tackle spatial inequality and requires both spheres of government to report regularly on progress in delivering affordable housing.  Presenter John Maytham is an actor and author-turned-talk radio veteran and seasoned journalist.
