I first met Raelene when I was a dental student at the University of Melbourne where she was a faculty member in the prosthodontics department. Raelene taught us the fundamentals of occlusion and I really admired the passion and enthusiasm in her teaching. On top of being an amazing prosthodontist, Raelene recently completed her MBA as well! In this great conversation we touch on many subjects including life as a general dentist, reasons why dentists may decide to specialise after many years in private practice, should dentists be considering getting their MBA and of course we nerd out on prosthodontics relevant to the noobie dentists out there!
