NDP Episode 17: How to find and Utilise Mentorship to Practice the way you want to Practice with Dr. Ali Saad (@CosmeticDentist_)

Welcome back for episode 17 of the Noobie Dentist Podcast with the great Dr. Ali Saad. I got introduced to Dr. Ali Saad through of good friend of mine, Zeyad Hammad who is a dental student at the University of Melbourne in Australia. Over his summer break he reached out to Dr. Saad and was lucky enough to go and spend some time shadowing him in Michigan and had nothing but great things to say. Zeyad was absolutely right; Dr. Saad is a fantastic role model and a great mentor who shares a lot of unbelievable information on this podcast. From how to seek out and find mentorship to how to maximise mentors that you have to achieve your vision, I think you guys will learn a lot from this episode. Dr. Saad can be found on Instagram @cosmeticdentist_ and on the following websites: www.saaddental.com www.staffingdental.com – A great idea that addresses the big issue of staffing for practice owners.
