Welcome back for Episode 19 of the NoobieDentist Podcast! In this episode I have a great chat with Dr. Ryan McCall out of Indiana. Dr. McCall has a thriving group of practices focused on and around dentures. He has developed a great system of minimizing overhead and working to provide both affordable and high end dentures to his patients, filling a great niche segment. In my conversation with Dr. McCall, I was blown away by his practice model and we talk about my more young dentists aren’t taking advantage of this niche market. Dr. McCall also lectures about his practice methods and is a guru of social media advertising. He amassed a huge following on Facebook and is currently crushing it on Instagram as well.
