You can also find me on Amberville heroes here on this darn feed, but that's not important Today I am going to be playing with several nice fellows and I'm gonna introduce them to you So first things first we have all the way from over the pond Robert Hi, I'm Robert.

Can you give everybody a howdy tell us about yourself and the character you're playing? So I am Jesse.

I have been playing games with Jake Mark and Alex for many many years But after moving away, I have been out of the game for a long time. So this is my first game in like eight years So I am playing quiver and quiver is an old character that has not been introduced to any of the shows as of yet he is from Earth a Superhero who kind of hides in the shadows does not like the spotlight the opposite of like a light speed if you know that character So I'm lost in space trying to find my way home back to Earth and the character is essentially a bow and arrow projectiles experts Does a lot of shooting a lot of afflips a lot of athletics All right a lot of afflips a lot of athletics. That's he's very fit. He's very fit super Anyway, we should probably give a brief recap of what happened last time.

Let me take a swing at it We the nebulous Knights were hijacked and placed upon a cruise liner filled with a pirate a several CEOs and several bounty hunters They're all kind of like mingling and eating food with each other. Yeah, it was like a whole it was like a whole congregation of him It was like a party. Yeah, like a like corporate retreat almost Yeah, because they're there for days and days and days bones targeting Increasingly deranged as his brain is filled with radiation from sitting in the cockpit of a ship Decides to betray the nebulous knights and take off in his starship carcass towards Gabaldropolis telling the team that he's going to go murder His dad no one really knows what that means, but everyone was pretty pissed off because Akita, Sean and Mirage all got stranded on this cruise liner, which is heading towards Gabaldropolis, but as a few days ago We did end up getting a faster ship than the actual cruise liner. I can't remember.

Yeah, we were left with Shania. Yeah, we ended up leaving with her to chase after bone star Quitter you are currently scraping the walls of this church that you're in They don't have any water on the satellite you're on this is like gambling Resort satellite you got stuck on so the only way that you can actually not get dehydrated and die is by eating fungus that grows here Great another reason why I hate this place the Bishop who is a android Kind of round-looking not very tall says I understand the predicament errands But we believe that help will come for you soon. Well, that's fantastic. I mean it's been What three years now three years?

I mean look we measure things in cycles I don't know what the hell you're talking about but you know here in space Some of us have faith and I just have faith that the patriarch will come and bless you and you won't worry about where you're going at that Case you just be happy. There's massive amount of that space that's not mapped at all like a good 60% kind of like an ocean and then earth or rather the Milky Way galaxy is exactly on the opposite side of that. There's no ship that can do that my dude I'll get you somewhere, but where to I have no way get you just earth.

Yeah, it's kind of a part for the course here I mean, why would you want to go there? Please a shittle? That's where I'm from. That's my home.

There are police cruisers all on the periphery of the satellite seem to be blocking anyone for getting Enter getting out and there are multiple enormous saarkraps Plunged into the satellite one in the residential district and one in an industrial district just through the buildings like no one's done a damn thing about it Wow, I didn't know this place again. You should hear Shaming she leans back and she goes. I mean it's it's been worse.

It's it's been worse before there's a whole sewer underneath that thing You know, but it ain't good. I'm gonna have to speed pass some cops to do what I need to do anyway So I can get in but where am I dropping you? Um, is there any sign of the caucus? I'll make a notice roll Make one as well is plus two the Is That is a minus one Robert using something that catches you that looks like a giant massive bones and it's in the Docking base like the shipping areas where people come in and come out, but it's hard to see whether that's exactly a spaceship or something else Okay, I'll point that out and I'll try and to guess it's as close as you can to that No, I'm not gonna do that.

I'm you notice that um you can tell from the wreckage of one of those ships that it's actually the nebulous Knights mothership, okay, you can tell immediately because it was in pieces everywhere right time We get close to that then what that big massive space ships why we need to go there. She has to make a couple piloting rolls right quick. Oh That's a good So I'm your descent to gamble tropolis the casino satellite You actually get the attention of the cops And they are the cops from the golden tower casino There are no real police officers here There's just different cops that work for different casinos and they all hate each other so they're chasing your ship And she's like look I can break them, but it's gonna be a messy landing. I say do what you need to do. Yeah anything sign?

Okay So she makes she dies towards the earth really really scary. It's like um, I don't know gonna Relicuster or one of those walk rides at the water park that may not be scary to other people just realizing when I'm saying I love but she dips close to the earth and she can get like 25 yards before She's like this is the best I can do without scraping something. Can you guys land safe? I can try Wait, how far was it Oh So I guess tell me what you want to do otherwise.

So if you can angle yourself towards there You could probably catch yourself with your sword or your clothes all right.

Can I use my body more skill to try and grow some leaves to use a parachute? So you find yourself in the residential district of temple droplets, which is like homes and hotels mostly Unlike the rest of the city it's not as gaudy But it does have no power and there are a lot of cops on the street that seem to be like rounding up angry civilians Where was the the night's mothership from here the night's mothership? The biggest piece of it is a couple of blocks over All right, if you're looking for any particular part of it, let me know what I'll be making up So you don't know what the parts of it were from the outside. So then be up to Sean I think Sean would head for the biggest piece first and then work out west guys from there Okay, the biggest piece actually is about like 30% of the ship You're it's super easy to get there without alerting the cops and sure on the rooftops So I'm not gonna make you roll anything and you've you find that generally speaking the people in the cops try to stay away from the rubble So you're not even being looked at they're seeing far more concerned with the civil unrest. It's going on in the city I'm just gonna say you get down there and you get to look around is there anything in particular you looking for And survivors and to just figure out what part of shit this is can you make me a notice roll show?

That that is a zero that's a zero. Okay, what I will say is kind of hard to say how long it's been here But you would assume not too long based on the way it looks maybe a day or two And from the rooms that are left There's a couple of like just doors and then what looks to be a large laboratory laboratory laboratory Sean would know anything about the lab work and that's so there's no point in really looking through there I would say that if you want to make a notice roll for me you might find something sure Wow, my dice hate me suddenly that's a negative to You know key to ask to make a notice roll just to kind of see if anything stands out Absolutely, you'd be able to see if something smells funny. Okay, so I'll give you another plus one That's a plus one for me. Okay, um, that's good enough I'm gonna say that Akita you smell a particularly strong green of some sort of sand or rock in the corner of the room All right, we'll go we can see what that is Figured out it looks to be like a little piece of metal about the size of a grain of sand And you can tell that it's strange because it doesn't smell like anything else in this room and it smells like a guard Which is a species of very very very small people that live inside large mix So is it like there's maybe a guard suit that broke or um you seem to think that it was left here for someone to find You can't really tell why because it doesn't really fit in anything and it seems to have something inscribed on it Would I be able to see that or no?

It's microscopic. Yeah, I mean a way to look at it. Oh Cute old hang on to it and say hey looks like there's something left here by guard seems like really small So you know any guards on the ship? Maybe I don't know if he was actually working here or if he got moved if you're wondering Zendra was a garden was working in the lab.

So yeah, that's where I'm going. Yeah So Can't read this as it is. So I mean it's a lab they've had some mugs on it Yeah, if you want to tear apart some stuff you guys can find some microscopes. That's no problem They're all kind of cinched up and you got to clean off the ice holes, but yeah Look to see what this says it says once you look at it You can tell it was it's once you're having it zoomed up Very nice precise handwriting and it says took off with a few survivors and then it gives some coordinates Right.

Can I like mark down the coordinates on like a datapad or whatever? I've got Can I see where that is? Yeah, it seems to be in a Area of space that is unmapped usually those areas I mean you can find rumors and legends about them, but they're generally too dangerous to go into well looks like they left Uncharted territory some survivors. So well at least that means they're not stuck here.

Yeah So I'll have to look for somebody later See the night search still out there. Can we see any other parts of the Mothership from here. Yeah, you can see a few other pieces. Are you gonna try to scramble around and look for them?

I mean, I mean, yeah, we'll have a look alright. So Jesse It is time for you to meet up at the casino, okay You have to walk all the way from where you're staying to the casino Which is on the other side of the satellite and you've noticed that a couple of things have happened in the past few days Most of the bars are closed strange. There are a few piles of bones left everywhere All of the cops are going berserk and basically being the shut out of anybody that hears the step into public or carrying people away To some weird place that they don't return from right generally speaking. There's a lot of misery around you I'm gonna say because you're stealthy you can get there without any incident But you can tell that like if you're just a normal person or a family it really wouldn't be safe to travel But you do see a couple of other weird things on the way there You do see some folks wearing some odd vanta black helmets that cover their entire head and neck Vanta black being the darkest black you can ever see you can do it's fun But it basically makes them look like they have no features.

It's just like a giant shiny face Okay, and they're moving around in groups of 20 30 40 50 Do they seem to be the ones instigating all of the like hassle and chaos actually they're left alone, okay? The cops leave them alone and people don't get close to go ahead and make me a notice roll sure That would be four pluses and plus plus three so seven First roll back baby Well, I'm gonna say that instead of whatever I was going to say you absolutely pick up the fact that they're singing Okay, it sounds like a horrible guttural noise to you. It sounds like someone's throat falling out of their neck But there's a tune to it. Okay.

There's there's singing in unison all 50. Yeah That's kind of creepy. Just just throw it out there. That's not a usual thing for you to be hearing Was this singing uh that same kind of like ritualistic?

Yes. Yes, absolutely You're you get to the golden tower I'm gonna say and when you get there you see that it's not exactly how your friend promised it Okay, this place is crawling with those people in black helmets and since you've been a part of this trick for a while You've noticed that there are several cops walking around they don't they are armed with normal police gear They armed with automatic weapons plies or rifles stuff like that and they're all wearing the sigil of the church of the holy patreon Which is where you've been saying and was looking after you. Okay, um this looks like an army. Yes, and your radio has gone completely bad Okay, the guy's not responding to your text see if that responding when you're trying to create it's great Okay, and does the does this army of cops?

Are they also avoiding the black helmets? No, they're talking with him. Okay hanging out with him singing with him Can I try to get closer to hear what they're talking about? Yes, you can they are talking about the great purge which will be happening in about 30 minutes.

Okay. All right sounds great So where do you go from here bud? So I'm just at the tower. I haven't gotten inside yet No, you're basically like there's a giant wall around it and I'm imagining you're like on one of the parapet hiding looking in something like that Yes, okay, I'm going to look for a good entrance point then Okay Okay, or stealth you have a self-help.

Yes, I've really stelt instead if you think that's better. Okay, like basically pick whichever you better notice Yeah, we're gonna notice then So plus one on the dice. So that is a four a four. Okay.

All right, so you actually managed to find a vantage point It's a it's a vent on the tower. It's not like three stories up and You think you could shoot over there without catching anyone's attention as long as you do it quietly, okay? So go ahead and make both an athletics and a stealth room, okay, so athletics first Both are both are fine. Okay, so for the athletics I am plus four and for stealth.

I am even so plus two You do manage to get over there without anyone on the ground noticing you my question is how did you do it? Did you flip? No, definitely using There was a high so a grappling arrow and just kind of climb myself out there quietly perfect All right, so you managed to grapple arrow up in there you sneak in the duct You can hear a lot of commotion from inside a lot of people The picture in the vents right a lot you can hear a lot of people like moaning and wailing begging to be like oh, okay? I can't see anything though.

I just I'm hearing yeah Like you can see that you're an event you can move through the vents They're openings and pathways and stuff but without a map of the place you don't really know where they're going right Can I try to I want to look for any kind of like grading systems like that open up to rooms? See if I can see anything that's going on down below that could either let me jump down or get a better idea of what's going on in here Okay, you can find free grade openings one of the rooms seems to be like an anti chamber just kind of quiet There's no lights on there might be stuff stored in it. Okay. Nobody doesn't sound like anyone's in it at the moment the next one You can see a skeleton sounds like a woman She's wearing a clay mask over where her face would be and she seems to be dressed in bondage gear and She's sitting on a throne drinking blood and talking to herself.

All right, and the third room You see a bunch of what look like incredibly fancy. Well to do people Shackle to the floor and they seem to be begging their like a jailer to let them out Okay, is there just the one jailer? You can't really tell because the vent only goes down to the prison cell itself the people inside of the prison other than like Begging to get out. Do they seem like to stress in any other ways like anything's been like bad happening to them Like physically or are other signs of latent abuse to them?

They look like they've been starved Not really blatantly abused one of them does have a giant whiplash across his chest that broke through the skin Okay, you also noticed that about seven of them This is very strange I've never seen this before and it doesn't look like it was something that was done to them But they seem to have like tears Streaking their face in a really really dark crimson red Like like they would you know how it is like when you've been crying and you look like a fucking massive shit and it's that but it seems to be permanently etched on their skin where it would be Okay, and these people seem to have I mean before this money and connections They're wearing like the nicest clothes you've ever seen in your life, okay And you recognize that like the folks that have hair that she looks tight. All right, they're wearing big expensive jewelry They seem to be talking in very high a little to the accents properly to each other Okay The best that you can tell your universal communicator you got it from like a guy who got it from a guy So sometimes it doesn't always sound right okay. Yeah Well, I feel like I want to I want to interact with this room a little bit more like kind of being left stranded with My lion-man not knowing exactly what's going on with this heist I I feel like these people may have some resources if I can kind of maybe do them a favor They can do me a favor okay sure so how you gonna approach that let me so with my my quiver that I have I Want to pull out an arrow That's an attach a mirror to it and try and get some better vantage points of the room and see if I can see how many guards Are in it so kind of just shoot like a small thing down and try and scope out what's going on like maybe behind the corner I can't see sure I'll say that you have a mirror arrow that's trained to like go to the corners of the room Like when it hits it splits off into multiple mirrors so that you can get a good roll shoot for that Yeah, go ahead actually now you just do that that's fine, okay Anything that I noticed that as far as guards or anybody else in the room Yeah, there seems to be a man guarding the outside who is very strange looking Very strange looking you can't quite tell if he's human or Android, but he has a head that looks like an enormous chest rook Okay, right like a castle head or something. He's got completely white skin or shell or whatever the hell he would call it I'm almost like an eye-maker something so too shiny and he's carrying a staff that I don't know It doesn't look like a weapon to you, but it looks very high-tech, okay, and is he Guarding in the sense of watching through the cells or is he just there at the door doing like the typical?

I'm paid to be here guarding this. I don't really care to Thing Honestly, it sounds like he's talking through his data which would be very strange to you because this was supposed to black out Well, I am going to see if I can get this great open. Go ahead make stealth roll for me even so plus two You can get the great open without any of anybody noticing. Okay.

Are there any rather larger prisoners? Yes, there is one man who is about 11 feet tall and he seems to be made up of one He's not very wide. He's just all in like he He's huge. He's fucking huge like he looks like a giant like if you were at fumbling final fight and like a giant muscle guy came up You'd be like, yeah, okay He's got muscles baby.

They look like water balloons Well, I'm going to attempt to drop down through the gate and position myself behind him. Okay Are you trying not to be noticed? Yes goal would be try to drop down and get behind him cover his mouth and tell him not to Make any noises and I might be able to help you out. Okay, so I'm gonna need two rules for that one I need a self-roll and then I need a provoke roll, okay?

Okay, so if I do not have the provoke skill, do I? Okay, so stealth roll that would be a plus five and We are going with plus one the stealth works really well The you try to intimidate him and it seems to work a little bit But instead of immediately listening to you he takes his little worm head back, right? And then tries to climb in your mouth Okay, do you let him know? Okay?

Plus five okay, you can hear him whispering super quietly. See all the way the card won't notice we could talk in your mouth Let me in your mouth, dude. Oh god. I'm gonna regret this.

Yeah, let's do it All right, you can hear me and you actually you know, it doesn't try to go down your throat, okay, great But he did the first thing you hear is like man you have beautiful tonsils like I just I've seen these on a couple different species Look how round they are damn. Thank you Anyway, look this is like a robot guy. We were on a cruise ship. He came.

He was already there I guess he's rounded us all up carrying us off the ship like a bunch of the impresitors. You have no idea why? Pretty good idea why he's working with this fucking religious lunatic. Sizzidy.

All right He has been he has been everybody knows this the only thing that you can do about it We show up is get the hell out. So look they're gonna fucking kill us. They're gonna execute us in public We know what's gonna happen if you can get out of here. Do you have any means to get off of this ship?

No? I have no way of getting off this satellite or even getting out of this building like I'm an investment banker I may look big and tough, but I promise you I'm very sensitive Well Let's see if we can do anything about this then I'm going to start planning here with this guy See if we can come up with some kind of distraction or plan to get the guard inside in the room Yeah, see if we can get him to open the door to come in Okay, all the prisoners inside the cell chained up or anything or they roaming inside the cell They're all chained up and it looks like they're chained up with what looks to be like light chams They don't when you look at them They don't seem to be physical, but you can't move them and they seem to be screening it gotcha Okay, can I see anything as far as like a control panel or mechanism that would hold people in place? No, because this is these are these are old-fashioned. They don't seem to be really connected to anything And it's kind of hard for you to parse out even more You might be able to turn them off if you have like an EMP arrow or something because it seems like they're made out of pure All right, do I have one of those in my bag of tricks?

resources For giving all the skill names so no, that's a negative All right, well Let's just go old-fashioned here and I'm gonna start making a scene I am going to I'm going to try and get this guy in the room So I'm going to start acting like somebody who has a grudge against one of these prisoners and Retaining them. I'm gonna let the worm guy know that he's gonna be my dummy. Okay, and I'm gonna basically just start fake beating him up Like he looks pretty big so I'm not gonna pull the punches too much Because I mean I need to make it look real. I'm gonna say he's in your mouth the whole time you're doing this Punch him and you know what else can hear?

He just keeps going like Yeah, I'm just gonna start yelling stuff like I finally found you I'm taking you out and like be real loud about it Alright, let me see how this guy reads right quick. He turns around and you can hear the latch on the door Akita Sean you've run over the wreckage here of a night ship what you can tell it seemed to be carved into pieces by Like a laser although there isn't a ton of stuff left There is a few things that you managed to dig up first thing is you managed to find the black box from the high commander's office It's meant to survive a crash and it looks like it did So I'll let you guys write this down if you want, but otherwise I'll remember it you also managed to find a Old pair of bone stars clothes which seem to be made out of some sort of like indestructible synthetic fiber Which I mean they're not exactly your look. It's like assless chaps And like a Davey Crockett shirt if you know it one of those are just like a leather shirt with fringe on it But it does seem to be like this material has not been touched at all despite the fact that it crashed So that might be useful in the future and then finally this is Kind of an unusual thing to find you wouldn't expect to find this but you find a like a sealed box full of food Like and it looks like it's enough rations to like get you through today and tomorrow I'm gonna say that like it took you a couple hours to pick over stuff. It's nighttime although Sorry to tell him you have a tropics because the lights never turn off.

Do we find any anything pointing to there being more? So I was on the ship you do. Yeah, it seems like there's no massive gore or bodies or anything It seems like there definitely could have been people injured or hurt in the crash If so they probably been cleaned up on the street and you do find some remnants of people being there So it seems like maybe that note you found from Zen prop about getting away with survivors seems to indicate But there was a number of survivors, but you're trying to tell exactly where they went You know where they marched off of the ship here where they captured by the cops are they relocated safely hard to know Well, looks like we got everything off the ship that we came Yeah, and can't please don't look too bad. So hopefully they're just gonna be regrouping Right, we should really look for the carcass.

We know he's come here. That'd be the best way to find bone star. I think All right, do you how are you gonna go about looking for him right now if you take a look at your map? You're in the residential zone and it seems like most of that stuff is in restricted the residential zone.

So you haven't really been out of it Now you're still encountering a lot of the same things the quiver saw so like the wandering folks with helmets on the overly violent cops So it seems to be really upset populace. How do you put on moving from there? Like you could just walk on the street, but it seems like this place is torn apart I mean, I don't really have a bed to wait. Yeah, try getting back up to the roofs and go that way Okay, are you trying that to be simple?

Yeah, I just have you both make self rolls naked. Okay Plus three plus two all right minus two that's actually pretty good. Oh, you say minus two. Yeah Well, Shawn you're getting around great And Logan I'm gonna say that like a key is really trying to be stealthy But it's very clear that there's like a big poofy tail just moving around behind the chimneys and shit that you guys are hiding behind I will say this though.

All right, so what's your game plan here? You've got a wide open space. You should probably try to get to the car guys I'd say probably just by estimate about 40 cops on the ground. They're like any sort of like Nothing or anything about the ships.

Yeah, so there is sort of like I would say like a mechanical arm that is used to help ships Take off so it's almost like a crane game thing or there's a lot of metal scaffolding to pick up one ship They shoot it off super quick so it could meet its top speed and break orbit So there is a lot of metal infrastructure if there are a handful of cops patrolling but significantly less like six Now are you going to both try to climb up? There is a huge horribly oppressive yellow sun in the sky who seems to be wearing people robes and a big hat There is a enormous column of light on the roof probably a good 40 meters in diameter with an enormous pile of bleached white bones in the middle You see around this giant beacon a bunch of people lined up and held in the same glowing shackles that you were held in And it seems like they're adding you to the line You can see that next to the pillar there's like a makeshift podium out of bone and that large skeleton Dominatrix lady that you saw earlier is Attending a religious ceremony next to the beacon of light. She's wearing a what kind of looks like A black leather version of a nun's habit with a black leather bodysuit and a bunch of you know shackles and chains all over it She looks like an iron maiden album cover. So a bondage skeleton.

Yes She seems to be um Screaming at the people who are being held in a line while drinking blood out of a huge cotlet Cool. Okay. So that's the first thing you see when you drag upstairs. What you're doing?

Okay, I'm gonna make a roll And a roll All right, so this the sun that is reaching towards you with the arm Kind of stop short when she disappear Um, but the large skeleton woman pulls an enormous whip out from her bondage here and starts swinging over her head and coming towards you I'm going to spend a fake point And roll deceive to create a duplicate aspect Um to force an enemy to reroll so there's another one that pops out of me.

You are just like fucking up these dudes like the putties and power rangers But once you get there, I will say that your null blade will allow you to cut through those chains Okay, cool.

So the arrow i'm pulling is going to be like a electric charge arrow and I'm gonna yell at this robot thing and just say that i'm done messing around with you I'm out and i'm going to spend a fake point to use my Uncanny accuracy and give myself a big plus to my shoot And i'm gonna try to put one like right in the face of the robot thing Oh my god I rolled three pluses. That sounds bad. Yeah, it's bad Does it look like they survive it? Um depending on which part of their body got pushed in maybe Okay, and whether they have bones.

I guess that's pretty important too. Uh, yeah, I'd say so Jesse's big tape worm friend is uh, unfortunately losing about half of his body right now. Oh, no Sean, I'm going back to you.
