Brotherhood Without Manners rereads Ned Starks 4th chapter in George R.R. Martin's A Game of Thrones.  Ned arrives in Kings Landing but immediately receives a summon. The meeting of the small council is not to Ned's liking. We talk about the attendees and the contents of the meeting. Then we follow Ned as a member of that council leads him to a surprise visitor.
