In a long and varied career, Bob's retained executive search placements have resulted in hundreds of millions of dollars of new revenues to property & casualty, financial services, real estate and not-for-profit companies. He helped establish two entrepreneurial firms. One offered multinational, multicultural leadership and communication training. The other helped military veterans transition to relevant civilian jobs. He also led a federal program at the New Jersey Institute of Technology recruiting, training, counseling and placing veterans and displaced IT professionals. A graduate of Defense Department and U.S. Army Intelligence Schools, Bob was an intelligence analyst for the U.S. National Security Agency and the U.S. Army Reserve. He is a Journalism graduate of Fairleigh Dickinson University with an Executive MBA in Management from Pace University.  He has written for nearly all types of print and online media and has authored three books. He has spoken at local, regional and national conferences.  Bob's professional services to companies and individuals include outplacement counseling and talent management strategies, and research-based job searches.
