In a long and varied career, Bob's retained executive search placements have resulted in hundreds of millions of dollars of new revenues to property & casualty, financial services, real estate and not-for-profit companies. He helped establish two entrepreneurial firms. One offered multinational, multicultural leadership and communication training. The other helped military veterans transition to relevant civilian jobs. He also led a federal program at the New Jersey Institute of Technology recruiting, training, counseling and placing veterans and displaced IT professionals.
