#NEET- #PG Disaster Modi led NDA govt spoiled almost everything in this country, especially the medical education system. Not only that, the amount of stress they impose on doctors cannot be measured using any scale. This year NEET- PG exam was originally scheduled on 23-6-2024. NBEMS - the testing agency canceled it few hours before the exam start time, citing question paper leak as the reason. Doctors different state who spent their time preparing for the exam and travelled far from their hometown/ work place experienced mental and financial stress. Spending a lot money traveling long distance and last minute cancellation will only demotivate the aspirants. Now a new date has been announced for the exam, which is on 11-08-2024 and they asked the aspirants to choose new exam centers 15221K hat too, one not opted by the candidate. The same student has got Trichy as centre in the last cancelled examination. Medical PG Aspirants are not earning properly. Mostly they rely on support from friends and family. Postponement of exam dates, allocating centres that are from their hometown will only increase financial and eventually mental stress. Train tickets are unavailable (and given the recent performance of the railway, nobody wants to take the risk of booking tickets)
