You can't pick your neighbors, but you can see the ones that are the non-playing characters. Those are the ones whose actions are meant to elicit an angry or rage response. They are temporarily controlled by diabolic energies, used as a vessel to direct the controller's energy through the NPCs towards the target. They have no idea of their role, so forgive them. And forgive yourself, for seeing them as the spiritual trespassers as they are.
