Neighbour complaint ends eight-year Halloween display

A Halloween display in Salisbury East that has entertained the local community for nearly eight years has been forced to shut down following a neighbour's complaint to council. The display, built from pallets, was deemed non-compliant with regulations despite council initially being fine with it.
