Neil French: Army Warrior Fitness, Biz Owner, Girl Dad

Neil French served as a U.S. Army intelligence analyst before he was selected for the Army Warrior Fitness Team, a specialized unit focused on fitness outreach and recruiting. It was his "dream job" where he was paid to work out and travel. Neil grew up with a strong military influence in his family and developed a passion for fitness at a young age. After leaving the military, he founded his own health and fitness company, Prove In Health, that helps men in their 40s and 50s regain their health, confidence, and energy.
