Nell Issues Updated UAP Disclosure Proposal/MUFON Official says Vegas Aliens “Legitimately” in Video

Retired U.S. Army Col. Karl Nell, a staunch UFO disclosure advocate, released a new paper on the SOL Foundation website that calls for disclosure, and suggests further changes to the proposed UAP Disclosure Act, legislation that provides a roadmap for controlled disclosure.
