Nelson Mandela's values of building a future where everyone can live in peace, prosperity and in harmony with nature remain principles central to what drives the United Nations everyday. That's the word from senior officials at the global organisation where Nelson Mandela International Day was birthed in the General Assembly almost 8 years ago.
