In this poddy I have a very open and honest conversation with Lisa Winneke about the changes in her life since we first spoke in 2017. ( see ep. The Dawn of Hope)We chat about the Inner work she has done and how she has courageously made the changes to follow her heart. We get into Neosoma and the practice of breath and movement before I open up about my own experience.
