Nerdbrewing - Karamellstout & BA Royal Cookie S'more - ep679

Hannes over at Nerdbrewing has been quite for a while. After leaving Molecule he's taken some time to figure out his next step. Now he's back with two killer collabs.  First is a collab with Smedsbo Slott called Karamellstout.  This is a 12% ABV imperial stout that uses Palo Santo (listen to find out what that is) and vanilla. It's an interesting blend that really works well together. Up next is a collab with Polish brewers extrodinare, Funky Fluid.  BA Royal Cookie S'more smells like chocolate chip cookies and tastes great. Lots of chocolate, barrel-aging and the level of imperial stout goodness you would expect.
