So live. Well live. Hi everyone and oh welcome to the Nodie of North podcast. It's the Nodie podcast and it's hosted by N other nerds.

I am one of your hosts Sam. And I am the other host Paul and joining us tonight. Well, I see you joining us. The celebrity kicking down the doors and taking over this son of a bitch.

The wonderful, the endearing and the majestic women of nerd culture. Hi girls. Hello. I don't think I've heard such a wholesome intro.

Come out of him before. I've never been called majestic. He says that's a yeah. One I'm terrified of Sarah because Sarah will legit kick my ass.

And there has been opportunities where Sarah has physically shared with me in public where I felt fear for my life. Just because I wasn't going through a bar that was two for one. I still remember that Sarah. It still scares me.

And we've got Mother Bear with us tonight. We've got the lovely beggar who looks after us. And I try and do the dirty in you ender with her. And she just always looks at us with scorn and disappointment where I go.

God, I feel bad for even mentioning that. Like we made a joke earlier about us. Well, I don't know. She was like, no Paul, just not.

I'm just I've let her down again. It's OK. I think of you. Well, yes.

Tonight's episode is a little bit different. I don't know if Sammy wants to do it as a claim. I don't know. Do you feel like you need a claim or something?

I don't think I need it. I don't know. The winner of Nerd Coach had to do say some pretty hardcore and controversial. Oh, gosh.

Me? I'll do it. It means it will cover this one. It is.

I'm a bit of a shit state of enough for us. You didn't forget to do it in yesterday's episode. There's a lot of things to do about yesterday's episode. Let's not get into that.

I did say that if anyone wanted to come for us, I was quite easily happy to take more for that episode. I'll do it for this one. Sure. Everything's just going to be in today's episode.

It is our opinions and our opinions alone. If you would like to discuss anything from today's episode, please come and join us on the Facebook page. You can join us on the Nodio Knoth Discord or in the comment section. We have a normal discussion.

But what we want to have is anyone coming for us? Anybody want to have any other opinions or wrong? Because we can all agree to disagree and fund them. So let's keep it fun.

Keep the toxic behaviour out of a notism. Very well said there. So yes, the women of Nerd Culture podcast is one of our, well, it is probably our newest podcast because the other lot is not a podcast. It is not a podcast.

It's not a podcast. It's not a web series. So you guys are our newest podcast acquisitions. Sorry, you say that acquisition sounds like such a dirty word.

That we kind of like together. You give us a platform. I think that's the simplest way to put a share out. Yes.

Platform was given. To be fair, nothing was given. You're fucking took it. So don't even dare say that.

So use a given nothing. That's this kind of a tiny little two sentence conversation between me and Beckett on the Discord. That's five minutes later. There was a logo.

Yeah. This is what happens when good. Good. It's a tough.

Tell us. Tell us. Tell us. Tell us.

I think I scared the life out of your pleasure. So it was a conversation happening between several girls. We'll just kind of discuss them. Do you want to podcast that?

They're different. And then literally within two minutes. I was like, do you like this? I was like, yeah, I was like, what's happening?

Who's that? Oh, I'm letting you guys have this. Oh, oh, shit. This is real.

Okay. I think we said should we talk about women of them? Star Trek or something like that? Yeah.

Star Trek related. Then here we are. No, that's fine. That's nice.

Yeah. This is very similar. I was ready to do this. That's a tough one.

I'm not going to do that. I'm not going to love and I think this always goes with anything that we do like a node. It's when people are passionate and people have a genuine love for something. I don't know why, but it's something just like kind of tick the box and it doesn't happen that often.

Cause like, say normally, like they would say I want to do something like, I want to do something. I don't want to do something like horror related. But it didn't want it to be just horror, like cause it could have done have been easy done but we want to do something and we've done an episode on Universal Monsters and originally I think that me and Samuel were brainstorming with Star Trek related, not Star Trek Star Wars, sorry because Star Trek is something we've been involved. And like I said I just think I just grabbed you and I just went monsters up north.

What you did was we were standing in the middle of Nodefest, I was on one side of the room, you were on the other and you just went I've got it! Monsters! And that is exactly how it came about and I was like actually yeah because I did originally have another idea. The kind of didn't go the way I wanted to and Paul was like that's fine, we'll come up with something different, we'll come up with something better and he literally just on the spot when I got it, monsters.

Universal Monsters episode, I went like hard call, like I bought every single Universal Monster movie just leading up to this one at the storage and went on ridiculous and so it made perfect sense but that's how it happened, it was at Nodefest. Yeah and at seven types of situations, I saw I think was you, Sarah and Kelly were initially out of the conversation because there's a lot of Trek type of stuff online and it is very male centric, there is a lot of like the opinions that I'm not going to get into that, it's not the place of that but and you guys will just like kind of a lot of conversations and wonder be nice if someone or if we don't think that was it with her, like fair enough Trek but we've got such a variety of people or use of such a variety of interest, it would be a shame just to pigeonhole in it because that's what would have been a couple episodes of women of Trek or and again I'm not going to lie I wanted that quickly because beggar does all this stuff on another site and I didn't want to say like it wasn't that I didn't want her to do something, I wanted her to do something with me, that was that was the big thing I wanted beggar because and not that way, I'm watching you guys, don't know what to do that, I'm already done I'm already done, because beggar is one of the nicest and loveliest people I've ever met, I was like I really want to do a project with beggar and see where she gets a lot of Prius because the talk gets wrong, she gets Prius for whatever she does but I don't think she gets out of like what she deserves, like the stuff she does for like the other guys I've got a mug somewhere, I've got to inflate, she puts her life in Solon, almost like Senator what I do for the area of North because Giam recognises Giam and I was like I want her on board with me, what do I need to do to get beggar invested in us, I didn't have to do much but it was like it was like give her the platform and then it was like give her a little bit of love, this is the idea, this is how like I like this is what from your conversation I say this could go, is this something that you could be enjoyed with and I've like blessed her, I saw beggar excited and it was fun, it was hilarious and she's like right this is the people I went involved with and all we initially had Kelly that was involved and she kind of just displayed it, if you have that Kelly hope you well, she just displayed it, I was like right then I was like right we'll get Sami involved as well because I know Sami's experience like she's told us always many times with women in nerds, environments has not always been a positive one and I just thought this like I know it sounds like it just excited me to give you this platform to have as much fun as you wanted and go with it the way you have and like see again I know it sounds really, I don't want to sound like a twatish by sinus but I'm so proud with how you use of like evolving such a sport, short space of time, again I'm not saying I'm like a big deal and I'm like fuck may you do that shit so well, thank you, this is the point, this was the point I was making the other day because spoiler alert I am no longer a part of women of nerd culture, I'm not that easily so I'm not gonna be as prevalent as in regular, yeah yeah absolutely because we've already found something out for during the year anyway and you guys are just absolutely smashing it like I said she's the other day, the socials are fantastic, you know exactly what you want to do and now when we have the picture you can talk about track as much as you want to do it, what was it you said you said on a Wednesday with a Thursday we'll record a note about track, oh shit, I don't know if it was gonna be the new monster we were gonna get a t-shirt later, it was something like um you can do all that stuff, it was something like we could do star trick shit now and I was like that's amazing, I can't hold on, you can talk about that shit, you can talk about that, nobody watches but yeah that's a lot of people watching these ladies, it's okay, I didn't know who we were talking about, I didn't know who we were talking about it it's a clever one, I knew you were that one, that was a wife, yeah it's all about me but Sarah is the most amazing co-host as well and I love the fact that she's coming along for a ride, I wouldn't be on it if it wasn't for you we have to become accustomed to Sarah and her bossy weirs, I'm a bossy one, I'm a bossy one, I'm a bossy one, I'm not bossy but yeah I've never gotten any value on Sarah that she's bossy, what I have gotten though and the episodes that we've done together all right it's like a three years against me though, it's like oh no, here we go, he's like an onion, it's like so you can't remember what it was, I've learned so much about her, it's crazy, there's so much more of this girl to get in all it's because I've got somewhere to shout it all though, if I put it on the discord you get to read, I have to first read it obviously I wouldn't, but everything that we do is like saying that, growth like from the episode, I don't know if Sarah can remember what the first episode you joined us on the dust as I guess, talk about American sitcoms with you, Sami and Goodwill, and I was very cheeky to Goodwill on the first episode I was on, I remember that she's got a lot of blessing, oh my god was that, was that your first one? that's the thing that was when Sarah first joined she was very standoffish and she was like she would always wait for her turn and stuff but now I think one, I think it was the episode you talked about top five side vibes where you just took control and you ran that episode so well and again that's why I'm like loving saying this growth and this thing's good so when you started the project, like I forget about like me getting involved in doing the logarind stuff what was your idea, where did you see like what was going on, other than the Atlantic blind panic? oh that's such a good question because there was a lot of line panic, there was a lot of panic, he's on the whole show, I think what I initially thought and what we've come up with is completely different, I think everything I was going to be very much like we were going to concentrate on the maybe one sub project for episode and I have a focus but now it's more it's about us, you know we are the women of niraculture instead of us doing one sub project and I love that, I love that we've now got and how we get to talk about different subjects like next month we're talking about books and that should be a really interesting conversation yeah what did you say, what did you think?

I mean at first I thought it was kind of going to be a let's focus on something women in the niraculture because often you find that they don't get as much of a spotlight as male characters, male story line things like that but I quickly kind of like realise we don't have to focus on that as Becca said it's about us, it's about like our favourite things, it's about topics that we want to talk about it's yeah it's something for everyone but it's kind of like I know what the first few episodes I did mainly pick female characters but that does just happen to be my favourite character on that topic that's a bad thing because as you said your perspective will be different from a lot of different people's perspectives like if you look around the room where in now all three of you ladies have different inspirations, different likes, different loves and you just kind of gel and come together with that and that's kind of like the kind of atmosphere and stuff as well and like once you start growing once you guys start growing and now growing out your north fingers crossed and then like say the people that you could get involved in as well that's kind of like the exciting thing and I have to thank you as well because as Sami and probably Sarah and Becca not as much I am probably the biggest control freak coming when it comes to nerdy up north stuff and through these different projects and things I have learned to be a little bit more hands off and like not get involved much because I knew from the start I couldn't put my day in the show, I couldn't put my perspective because it's not about me it's certainly and it shouldn't be about me and I think we talked about this thought like when it comes to guest and I get this isn't about like male hitting or anything like that far from it it's but it defaultes is on you girls or you women sorry it's got them to pack and I do apologize. As long as you didn't put good girl in front of it it's fine. That's for the text later though so don't worry. But yeah so having to like something that was part of like nerdy of north and basin right it's got nothing of me in it was very very difficult for me to get me head around as well because I know we were sending messages and saying having talks about like what you're saying I've got a step back and it was great for me to kind of learn and I've done that as well so like the top grumps I have very, I suppose very admin time not involved with that at all probably down there like going to kill the other two people involved with that and I'd say that's understandable.

And with like say monsters then I've drawn like said not to be a part of like why it's still part but not like saying this like pushing or directing stuff like that where I was getting up maybe these things you can talk about like that thing you can talk about now it's like what you need from me rather than me trying to push my perspective or opinion on and that's down to you guys use of actually help me grow a little bit. Oh, we all learn about each other and we all help the outside world. Yes. We learned to hit the outside world more as well.

Yes. Oh yeah. So what's been your favorite part of like the project so far as well. Again, is as anything that you've stood out that you've actually went wow this is like different to what you've what you've done in the past.

Oh, that's a good question. I think maybe it's the fact that I've got obviously this podcast is very important. The other one that I do. The other one that I do is it's more of a solo project where I kind of just grab people in this one is just fantastic because I've had two lovely ladies alongside me.

They're just as passionate as things as me so that's that's been a really nice and welcome to change that it's not just me having to do all the pull them. So that's my favorite part. Yeah. I think this is this project felt my confidence quite a lot because I don't know if you remember that first episode I told you that I was full of nervous energy.

I don't get that as much anymore. I mean, I even went into this week's episode without any north of me. How many nought do I do I make? It's such a free and experienced as well.

I know we've told the story. I don't know how many times early episodes and early on our episode shit. Like I can't play garbage when you listen when you listen back like Sammy's got a fake posh accent and I'm just reading off a script and it's just so wooden. It's just like.

I know the other side like when you listen back and then get to the point where you think this isn't us this isn't what I want to be. It's the fact that we did it naturally though it was such a natural thing we did because we did it while recording. I remember just calling me back and going I'm not looking at that again. And that was when it became really fucking enjoyable.

I love notes though. But I don't like it the way we initially did it. What are you Sammy? Because you're still like I know you're like I'm gonna tell the piss out of your face because your grand entrance last night.

The Queen of Sheba leaving kiss at the end of the time. Who do you think you are anyway? It was my favorite part of it. I was like this is my favorite part of it.

Because I was like that's not me. Who that's what? No, yeah. No, yes.

No, yes. No. But you're watching your favorite part of the project as well. What in these two from the first episode where they didn't barely say like I said this to them on the episode yesterday.

It felt like if I didn't talk they weren't going to because they were that nervous. I saw the case now like by episode two that was not the case at all they like just I just thought back. I think it was one episode I really did just sit back. Yeah, it's watching these two completely change from episode one to the most recent one that we've done and Sarah more than anything because I've done a lot of podcasts with Sarah.

And where Sarah takes the shit seriously and I always made a point when Sarah was on the episode to make sure that Sarah got her notes out because I know like she spent so much time doing them. And because we have quite a few people on Sarah kind of like and she's so fucking polite Sarah would like just wait in the background for people and I just make sure Sarah gets what she wants to say out. All right. And again with the stuff we've done Sarah's went balls the walls with everything we've done.

The one that changed like I think that was the turning point for me was Sarah when I realized how dedicated and how invested she is into everything because she'd come up dressed in full fucking decks and Morgan outfit I was like someone's going to slice the dice. Yeah, I was actually glad I wasn't sitting in the room with that but I think you run the crawl episode Sarah. I was just gonna say you're never you're not gonna remember this but that is one of my favorite episodes that we did together and all Paul wasn't with it because he was all rid of a Corvit. But it was just it was absolutely fantastic we did a proper retrospective movie and it's just it was like I'm trying to be really good.

I tried to talk about the plot and I was like, yeah someone died. This isn't the film I watched. Why so cool for my me head now. He was so ill you shouldn't have done it.

Like I think Graham came in and saved the plot as an office for you're in the end. And that is one of my favorite episodes of me and Sarah did together I love that and because we really we like we put a lot of heart into that episode. And I was a lot of hard behind it. And I broke a non-viginity with us the other week on the charity one as well.

That was my mind that it's taken that long. I was hoping it's 25 hours stream like. I never happened. Oh yeah sorry I didn't have it.

I thought that doesn't exist anymore. Yeah YouTube said that didn't happen. It's just a big dream. I felt so bad for you as well because like at that time you came on we were fucked.

We were just like running on empty and we were trying to talk about Buffy the Vampire. I think that was the tenth movie that we talked about. So we're trying to remember stuff. By the end when we talked about Van Bois it was like there was a movie.

We enjoyed it. We found out about Star Wars. Yeah. And that was it.

It was hilarious. I loved every second of that because it was just like that. I did not tell it for you guys because it wasn't a movie. Yeah.

Trying to think of stuff to say that had been a flake in and it was interesting because it was like you want to go in and say well it started like a revolution because after if we didn't get this we wouldn't have Buffy the Vampire. And then Sammy would have fallen aside because she hasn't watched the show so I was kind of saying that. But have it Jill on and Jill was lovely as well. So sweet.

One of my favorite people in the universe because she is just so lovely. She really is. This one the last story that we did felt like such hard work because of the groundwork we had to do when it came to the first one the first 12 hours that felt so easy because we didn't need to do anything we just had to rely on someone else to tell us what we were talking about and just go from there. Whereas this one we really had to put the work.

Try to mean Sarah definitely worked in the dark crystal one I think something out of that. I think I completely blanked out. I didn't want to am I didn't want to be rude. I just want I wanted to make sure because like this was Sarah's chance to get a chance to talk about dark crystal and I didn't want to be a dick and.

You know ruin that for a so questions as well regarding like you guys because now we're going into the new year. So what you're new me bullshit. So what's what's what's your expectations for the new year or do you have any expectations yet and I'll use a plans the plans are different to what you want. You want.

What you want. It's interesting because we haven't actually had the chance properly catch up yet. We don't know why. I think just just.

Just trying to grow and just trying to see what else we can we can discuss and yeah it's a bit too hard because obviously I'm like oh okay we have plans but. Plans are slightly just because some is no longer part of our tree I was like oh okay so we need to keep new plans but yeah I just want to keep going with some of the things that we've got and we're going to be changing a few things and. Yeah. It's where it feels comfortable I think that's like I always see what and a lot of people always wonder with us because like with me and Sammy when we've done this it's always about like what like adapting or what feels right at the time will do something for a certain time.

And we'll try something if it doesn't work we'll move on tonight this is like a single trial and to see how close the next week we might have the top grumps on if it is this course buddy tonight we're not going to have the top grumps on. But yeah it's just as it said whatever like you guys need and stuff like that I'm very happy to try and step in but what I have got and again you get called stars for this as well. The promotion side that you guys do is absolutely like we're ahead of the game from a lot of different aspects as well how you basically when you go and episode that's going on late in the day you're in the discord asking people to send videos to get involved and that aspect is like just like what I was what I want in theory from like say everything that we kind of do but you guys have already doing it so it's kind of like. I don't even have to like put up produce a episode coming out it's like.

Use a post about it before me which is like makes my life so much easier so thank you so much guys. Sorry because below me on the on the record screen which is actually like that way. Yes, yes that is mostly back here and I'm just kind of like following her lead at the minute on the side of things because I'm not really a social media person aside from like discord I guess. I'm trying to even start a tick tock for one.

That's the one regret because I've never brought down any of our stuff that we've done into algorithms like when nobody people saw con was no no no that's not going to go well. But do we have to just called one. We accept it we accept it even though I think it came from Chris and late we accept it. Yeah.

And we all know there is a there is a question there from Quinn 84 is one the separate YouTube account it is not it is attached to this one no you're not but it does have its own separate audio which is women of nerd culture. We do have separate social media accounts on Instagram and tick tock wasn't it just just a little stiff and oh yeah. And without what is what he's got found. Yeah.

What have you done to Rebecca. I believe you. Yeah. I'm sorry.

I'm sorry. The demons are out there. What about guests have you got any like thoughts on having other people are you worried about having people on that don't kind of get like what you want to do or is it basically women out there that you want to ask and or there's a. Like maybe say radio personalities or even other podcasts of that potentially could come on as guests of course.

Yeah. I mean it's possible that we are certainly thinking about the future. I think more recently we had conversations about starting local and like a couple of like women in front of things that we would consider on the early side. Like within the North East to start with and we're just kind of like trying to sort something out with them and it's interesting.

I think. Do I dare ask for names that you think about or is that too much of a spoiler. We're having put anything in Italy. We are interested.

I know I'm like say what monsters delving into other type of like not just movie monsters stuff. Is it being any other type of like nerd culture thing that you would like windows and open. It's been like sci fi. It's been comics.

What about like the true crime side of it. That could be trying to get to a little Sarasota monster. We have a list. To be fair you use our sore prepared when it comes to this type of aspect is the best word.

I'm not going to go into detail but we've got a list of topics that we're considering covering. Like with a couple of ideas on what we could talk about during the episode and then like if we're kind of sort of possibly doing the other special here in there for us and unlike one or two characters from something that's something we're thinking about but we're not sure. Yeah. So like I said if you put the break down.

Yeah. Interesting interesting. I'm like the sad of it. I'm not giving away.

I'm not giving away. I'm giving anything. That's what you're saying. When the power ranger episode is coming out.

That's the thing. You turned out. You turned out that. Yeah.

What. I thought about that. But now that it was something you were bleeding on. But now that I'm thinking about it.

We might be able to time that with some stuff that's something. Oh right. It sounds like they've got it all figured out. Paul.

I was like, I was like, I was like, I was teaching them how to do Photoshop better. I was like, these are the tricks. This is great. So yes, so now you know this.

I can go away by what he may know. You can take off. You can run now and they're like, no, no, don't put that on us. Not me.

Chris. Go to a present charge. But to be further with, I disappeared. The person that's taken over is the one that's next to us there.

I'll be. Well, how can you say something? So you've, is it seven or eight episodes? Seven or eight episodes.

It's like it's a hard now. That was the seven depth. So that's been seven months of women have known. So we got on the topics that I think is anything like in them topics that we talked about or to just miss out anything that you've kind of watched back and think I really wish I mentioned this.

I really wish I would kind of talked about that aspect. I think yesterday's episode. I wish I talked more about the Scalabrove, which is UK X man, but we yesterday's episode was pretty unhinged. We just kind of went all over with that one.

It was no, it was no starting point. It was not. We entered a talk about fucking Christmas in the end. So.

And I didn't do one episode, which was the vampire one. And because I was really busy. That's when we used to have a plan to record that. And what I didn't actually watch it back.

My apologies. I'm just not the biggest fan. Like, which is crazy. Given that I love horror.

I just want to particularly interest me that much. And what vampires did you talk about? I'm trying to throw me under the bus. I already admitted I had much to.

To be fair for those who haven't seen the episode. That was a random one that made him just kind of. We were at the Sundland comic coming in yet. And we found a table in the corner that had loads of like graphic novels for sale and like I want every single one of them.

And then there was a one on vampire. And we're like, it's sort of vampires. Yeah, let's do it. That was it decided.

We were doing an episode on vampires. And I chose Pam from True Blood. With a shout out to Jessica Deber and well. And who also do and the catcher from and rice books.

The first vampire. Yeah. In her world. Sadly, Red Queen of the Damned.

I did use a habit and rice thing. Well, in my teenage goth years and yeah, I read Queen of the Damned. I do have a question about yesterday's episode as well. Becca has Sophie recovered yet.

From the 50s saga. Oh, yeah. I will start with you. Sorry.

Sorry. Sorry. Yes. She has done that.

She's done well. So we haven't got back to X man. Yeah. She's watching Christmas.

Yeah. But yeah, no, that was such a good journey. But she just, she was just a she terror on her face and the traumatization that I've only given her. It's one of those things where I try to replicate that saga so many times through like my action.

And they don't get the same feeling as I do get from that X man. The comics is better. I mean, the comics side. But again, you can't expect Sophie to get involved in like the comics just yet.

The problem is that don't lead the don't leave the ground work with Jean Grey enough to when it actually happens people give a shit. Yeah. They look at the X men movies. They tried to do the track.

The ones I came out early on. They tried to do that then and it just fell so full at the day. A few years later when the Sophie Turner takes over the role and it's like you haven't set Jean Grey off as who she isn't who want to be and who she can potentially be to where people actually go. Oh, shoot.

Fuck. And that's my frustration with the movies around Phoenix. The cartoon does it so much better. Even like what 25 years later I'm still thinking on that saga.

I think it's one of the best ones that they ever did. And all the little seasons of the X I didn't really live up with kind of recovered a little bit within 97 stuff which is amazing. Yeah. And they're going to retell the apocalypse story by the looks of it which they're going to do it properly this time as well.

So, yeah. Good. It's going to be good. So I've got a few of the questions from the discord.

So I've got a few lined up. So I'll use the one from Beth. If you could have one woman of nerd culture actor or author to appear on the podcast interview, who would it be and why? So if you had the choice to interview one person, doesn't have to be female or male.

Anyone could be a dog. Could be a kid. I'm sure we see it. See, I do know that I get I know it.

Yeah, who would it be? Do I get down to this one? Yes, you do. I'm sorry for guests.

Like a fan of this is near the North. You were part of these two or three or it's you three against me on this. This wall. I think I would actually have noticed something related to David, because his career has been so amazing.

He's done television. He's not moving. He's done stage. Yeah.

He's just gone so many things. You know, he's done with that. He was in Jessica Jones. Yes.

The thing is, yeah, sorry to interrupt there. You kind of like, especially after Doctor who. And if you also go back to like, um, Brusotti Davis is cutting over as well, that he was. Yeah, kind of get the impression that David's all kind of like light hearted actor, like things like that.

You can do serious parts like serious bits like in Doctor who. But I found him really creepy in Jessica Jones. And there was another one. There was a TV series.

I think it was called Secret Smile. It was like a three part thriller and he was the bad guy. And that as well. And he was creepy and fucking crawl.

When he didn't Dennis Nielsen wasn't. I haven't seen that one, but yes. Oh, that is that is on the county when he did Nielsen on. It's very uncomfortable.

But while I love about tenant, he takes rules on that could be career suicide. Like not saying Doctor who is a bad role to have, but a lot of actors are people who've done Doctor who have never recovered afterwards that that's all they've been known from. I don't know if the highlight for like people will say, tenant is Doctor who. But the other stuff he's did is so different.

And I think he's such a ton of doctor, like doing lockdown that little mini series of Michael. Absolutely. I make the same side. Have me in stitches and just doors to together.

It's the friendship you didn't know you needed. You really didn't. I absolutely adore Michael Shane. I think he is such the king of bio films.

Like if you need a bio film, Michael Shane is your man frosting and frostbess is Nixon. One of my favorites. He's absolutely superb. The Brian Clough one he did.

I thought it was absolutely brilliant and plenty Blair. He plays Tony Blair and the queen. Like you saw. Which is called an over in Bevan as well.

Yeah. Yeah. And he was Brian and Brian Clough and that was the brand. The brand Clough one's brilliant.

And but yeah, them two together are crazy. But tenants birdie crowed to me too. And there's a distinct little bastard that he is. As he's in the news, he'll tell you he's in Harry Potter because it's he's like a franchise.

He doesn't want to be known. It's funny. Have you seen him in his and it's it's he steps on. But he calls me son.

It's terrifying. They actually look like each other, but it's not. He's not quite scary. He was in house with a dragon.

And him, his dad, like him, David Tennant, his dad and David Tennant's dad were all there at this convention where all three of them had a sign going on. He's not really that great. Yeah. So fluffy.

But that is terrifying that he looks like him, but he's not his. Yeah. I knew that was tenants kid straight away. What about you Sarah?

What's your pick? Do do do do do do do. No, tenants are good one. Tenants are really good one.

I'm good. I have had room as he's getting brought back and then your marble stuff as well. I'm booking horse or they have an absolute gem of a villain there because he was terrifying. Just trying to help Sarah think that I always I'm going to be sorry I was saying wrong, but I'm Alan Tudic.

Yeah. Yeah. I was. You know what?

I've always I've always really admired him like, you know what, a night tail firefly everything like that. All of the anime and voices that he's done. And I saw him on a mythical kitchen on the thing called last meals. Oh, yes, I watched that.

He was on that and I thought it was just such a great interview and I thought you know, he seems like really genuinely lovely man. And yeah, I mean, how can you not want to wash on your shirt? I was devastated because he was one of the characters because when we went for the love of horror, I was I was going to go to be five five day down and he was one of the people I was going to get the signs and he had to cancel because he's been clear face his voice in the new suit ban film. Yeah, that's the one thing that I would have been well, I would have gone down to the current deal.

Yeah, you forget with these people that some of them are still working actors and they give it a roll comes up. They're going to cancel a convention like that. You would have been Eric Sarah you would have looked after me because he just fucked off and went and got signed and they even told us. It's difficult.

I could have killed him in that moment in that very moment. I could have killed him. Sorry, what's your answer? I'm going to be Sarah Karloff that you can really have.

Oh, god of anger. And, uh, no, see me go to once and normally would always be Kelly Sude Konic. The writer for that model and pretty deadly bitch planners and she's one of my favorite comic book writers and one of my favorite being male feminists out there. I absolutely adore that woman.

But I feel like if I just spoke to her, it would be a lot of that. Let me try to speak to Kevin Smith. I've got to go to be nice. Yeah, I think I would struggle to even strain a sentence or to even give her any indication of what she's actually meant to was over the years.

I would be a really hard one for us. It's kind of like my gortu answer because there's so many people I'd love to talk to. Oh, yeah. Yeah.

There's so many, which she is. Yeah. She's a special one for me. So I'm going to ask a brief question from Chris.

I'm not going to ask. Don't worry. So what's a piece of media? Sorry.

What would you know, what piece of media would you always wanted to try, but the fan base are just too much for so what kind of like. I get what he means. Oh, it's hard. I don't actually get involved much in the doctor.

He found them because of that for that reason. Wow, the pictures like. They're not as bad as the supernatural. But they can be horrible.

Right. They're not as bad as I'm the subject one either, but I can only deal with one toxic fandom. I picked I picked Star Trek over that because they can have there are some sites that are hilarious like such as them. Absolutely.

It's part of the internet that I have been on. But I can only go with one area of the toxic fangs. I'm so yeah, it's not really cool. You Sarah.

I don't spend a lot of time in a lot of like fandom type groups really even like the X files are like supernatural. I don't spend a lot of time in them. But only when I've been in and that's only kind of like recently in the Dragon Age one. That's been over here.

I don't see one of the like is a fandom. I mean, the first majority are absolutely fine. But the last game I was quite controversial for a lot of the fans. So there was a lot of people like just saying, well, we're not going to buy it anyway.

So and they were the ones that were going around just giving negative reviews before they didn't try to play in the game. You know, and that's a shame. But to be honest, there's not really many that I've been in. I mean, I did try playing online Overwatch before.

But it's not that they knew that I was female and they didn't have the chat on, but I was just crap at the game. Yeah, I get more than sickness really quickly. I was just the funny thing about games for me is that if you give me a gun in the game, I can't use the gun very well. But if you give me born arrow in a game, I can use it really well.

So you've got to play it. I think my confidence games. But yes, I do go through the same thing. I think it's comforting sometimes you just need comfort and clarity, like to give your brain a bit of a clear out and I totally understand that.

I just think somebody wants to be back on a lot of graphs. That's the only thing that's ridiculous. It's pretty much true. It's a true smart little comfort game at the moment.

I'm literally driving it must have fucking Skyrim. Sorry. I have to play Vivian occasionally. That's too much of a life investment.

I can't. Yeah. I'm a fucking scared of any of them. So I'm all on.

I have dealt with my hand with DC fanboys. I have dealt with fucking the game of thrones side of life. Star Wars the lot. I am not fucking scared of any of them.

There you go. You are very sassy. We can do that like it. This is lemon summy now.

This is some one. This is some one. Yeah. Don't do it.

Go. Go. Go. Go.

Go. I just get London kind of came home with this a little bit. But yeah, I'm not scared of any of them at all. Like I say, I've dealt with the DC fanboys when they ripped me to pieces and over Aquaman.

The Marvel fan base when they ripped me to pieces over me comparing Black Panther to the Lion King. I've had me fair share. I've even had me fair share in the horror community. I am not scared of anyone.

So if any boys want to send it to some of your five page letter on why she said it wrong, you can go and get from them. So cut your kitty. The lovely lady in the discord with the purple hair. Is it cut your kitty?

I've never heard of it. So if you create a superhero, what would your superpower be and why? I've given a fuck factor. That would be a really good one.

Honestly, how much really life we saw much better if you can literally not give a fuck. It's a great one. So you're all in agreement? I'm not going to talk to you.

Yeah, yeah. I think that's the best. It's too hard. Yeah.

I just went really scatty behind us. So this was one from Dirty Jazors himself. Oh, he's in the tattoo. If you could own one vehicle, car spaceship from pop culture, what would it be?

Oh, no. Oh, no. You've gone to that too. Me?

Yeah. I'm quizzing the women from nerd culture. Oh. I mean, I feel like I know what your answer would be.

I was like, oh, I didn't. It's not a wheel. No, I wouldn't be actually. Would it not?

And I talked to one of those. Just about my wheel. It had to be a specific. No, I think I've, I've, like, obviously we favorite.

We favorite, but mobile now is probably the bottom. The bottom. It is one that sexy sounding vehicles that you would ever hear. Yeah.

That's what I was going for. If I had a choice of any vehicle like Star, see my spaceship as well. I would go for fire. Like, as firefly.

It's just, honestly, like that shit just has its own. It's. It's. Yeah.

Sorry, dick, dick answer to the extra or a horse, like, right of all animal. Oh, no, you've complicated. I was like, oh, how's the ship in mind? And now you've kind of like gone on one.

I'm going to be an artist. If anything, it was going to be called from that button. I'm going to go with the Norman D from Mass Effect. Right.

I go to the TARDIS. The TARDIS. But the question is still back. If you had the TARDIS, would you go if you go anywhere?

Would you still go to Cardiff and what else would you try somewhere else? Would you kind of start? I made a song. I'm going to burst on the stage.

The doctor who can go anywhere. And he just goes to Cardiff. Yeah. The TARDIS is all right.

I have a friend. He's called Rob. He's had a tour of the TARDIS because he did the artwork for one of the animated shows. And he stole some books from the TARDIS.

I was so proud. Yeah. So, um, But he did the artwork for the last episode. The last episode.

That was me. They had the voice. I've got his own. He's from Opaia.

He's doing the baroque. But yeah. He said he got when he didn't send it off. They got a tour of the studios.

And he got touring the TARDIS. And when they went on the show. I was called. What were the books?

I wonder. I don't know. I wasn't that invested. I'll be honest.

Fair enough. Do the first thing I can't take me head was Penelope Pitstop. Herping Car. Yeah.

But if I'm being like completely nothing serious, probably a drug on from Game of Thrones. It was Beth who went to his drive to the dragon. I was like, yeah, I would choose the dragon. I would choose the dragon too.

I would totally choose the dragon as well. To be honest. I would be a dragon by the way. Yeah.

Yeah. It would have to be it would have to be drug on because I was the biggest one. And well, he's not the biggest one. But he's not the biggest one.

But he's not the biggest one. But he's not the biggest one. But he's not the biggest one. But he's not the biggest one.

Well, he's not the biggest one, but he is a big one. Yeah. I go dragon. Go dragon.

Go dragon. Well, we've all gone dragon there really because I said Falco or initially. And the five I looks like a kind of flying dragon at the same time. So, Jix asking if anyone can name the lucky race as Cosmo googling it.

I only remember Penelope Pitstop. I always want to be in there. No, because I can't name the vehicle. So I can name some of the people that drove them.

Yeah. Yeah. Is that lovely? Yeah.

I mean, I love wacky races mind. I love wacky races. You know what I loved. Patch the pigeon.

I was a slag brother's how to like. Something only rides the big ones in. I'm doing the dance, I'm doing the concentrate and I'm fucking wacky rizzes and I'm getting shit from Jorg. To say, you're like, he just read the big dragons, that's all, Dragoan's a big wizard.

I'm being in the small one. I'm not gonna ask you anything less than that. Can I go? I go, I go, I go, I go, it was the compact pussy cat.

That's my car. The compact pussy cat. Yeah, I'm really gonna do myself a few people with a set sword like I'm a... No, there's a lot of clips.

I guess they're not fucking okay. So the website addresses, W20 dot, Sami Danse. Do you want to set it up? Correct.

I don't know how Haridage would take to endorse another type of behavior. Yeah, please don't actually, I'm trying to have a clean cut image again. So, didn't it ruin it for us? So, we, I'd say, not to brag, but I'm a little bit...

But we are. Had a bit of an experience last week, seeing some iconic memorabilia from not just movie history, just general history, in essence, like, say, Dorothy's shoes. So, I know hopefully in the future we will get other experiences. Is there any type of like, like, not just like auction, but like exhibition, would you guys like to be involved in if there was anything?

What would particularly offer a fancy, shall we say it? Jim Hanford. Oh, Sarah, that's an interesting one. It covers two of my favourite movies.

Oh, that would be so good. Oh, I wonder what Kermit would sell for like a... I wonder how many Kermit there actually is though. Like the original energy amounts of hair.

That would be exciting. That would be interesting to know how many years... Because I know... Watch them up, it's now because he doesn't like the fact that Frank Oz doesn't do Miss Piggy's voice anymore.

He can actually tell the difference, but it's just made us think, how many Kermit's are there? Are Miss Piggy's are out there and just sitting in fucking storage, doing nothing. I know they have a base in California, which is part of like their schooling, but they also have like a almost like their own archive. Because funny enough, David Arquette is a puppeteer, is a trained puppeteer.

And I've seen bits where he's been to the Henson Studios and had a love at all their old Muppets and puppets. You know what I mean? Just thinking about some of the ones that I haven't even accounted for. Yeah.

Because I remember a few years before there was the one where the the puppet of Hoggle from Labyrinth, he went missing and he was like founding like an airport or something like that. Yeah, he looks like Nightmobile now. Yeah, completely not Nightmobile. You know, everything was kind of like peeling off and stuff, but it's just that as an example.

Like how many Kermit are like out there randomly? Like you know, someone sat down, the world has Kermit's hand in it. I can imagine if Sarah comes home with her full size Ludo, she's just like walking in the house. Ludo's son.

And Jake's sticking the corner in the mud with us because we're ruining the reality for them because they're talking about what they're all alive. There's only one. Possibly a Rob Nick. I thought that J Henderson one, that would be an interesting one to do a deep dive into, like to find out where's Big Bird, a foxy being living.

Yeah. All the ones that were used in the Muppets Christmas Carol. Like the red, not the red. I've got to say, Hey, my guys, the Muppets Christmas Carol because Molly is now finding the watch.
