Hey everyone and welcome to another episode of the NERDY UP North Podcast. It's the NERDY Podcast, what's it like to not horse it by nor the nerds? Sorry, I'm on your horse's side. I'm on the horse pole and this week, Podcast's Grenton Jake.

So, it's always way, way to end the point because you don't know which way in the honour or in that type of picture. I'm on the front and the next two people. Yes, this week's podcast, we've changed up a little bit, we've moved to Sunday at a fit in like CFU, like CFU guests, just because, I think CFU's going to be a little bit interesting, it's going to always be a little bit dark as with our cameras and stuff. And it's going to be, I would say, very interesting this week because I think, like, not a lot of people will take this as quite a nerdy subject but I think it's massively on the spectrum for what we normally do or what we normally get into.

We're going to do a conspiracy theory, no talk shall we see it? So yes, we're going down the rabbit hole bitches. We are. We'll see the looking glass people.

I think we've looked on the live thing. I don't know if we've ever thought I was going to. And before we go any further, I do want to do a quick disclaimer. I don't actually have it written down so you'll have to bear with me.

But just to say that anything that we talk about in this episode, especially in this episode, is our opinions and our opinions alone, that please don't come for us about how you think we're wrong or, you know, we're going to try and do our best to keep it, you know, on the level. I'm fine. Keep it friendly and let's keep the toxic, don't it again. So you want to have it written down, I'm crap.

And we're going to talk Sissity out of Fondoms. Out of Fondoms. Think of System Over Down. So we're going to bring on a song there.

So yeah, so we did our ex-files episode a few months, but now we're a few weeks back where we did touch on this and we had a lot of fun breaking down a bit of conspiracy theories and things that me, Sam and the lovely Vic enjoys and stuff. And it was quite refreshing. And like I said, we thought we'd make a topic about it. And as soon as we mentioned it, we're going to bring it all over it.

I think if we were going to have like a long gunman type situation, I think it was going to be a lovely enough one. As soon as I heard aliens were mentioned, I was like, who, who, me, me, me? Yes. So let's get started with the whole conspiracy theory.

Like six, this delves in such a vast area of topics as well. And it reaches from the absolute ridiculous to the ones where you think, oh, potentially those have like some merit as well. And even to the point where like the certain elements, the conspiracy theories in films and film plots are quite like the different tier and different stories to as well. So hopefully we will touch on a lot of things there.

So what I want to start off with is just getting like what kind of started the bug like of questioning the authority or thinking that's maybe there is something else out there that you weren't quite to know of. So start with you, Jake. What kind of start the fire in? Yeah, I'd say like definitely as a kid, I would have definitely seen some X files when I was too young to see that.

And obviously I wouldn't have been understanding much at the time, but you know, like the themes of like the truth is out there and how Muld is the only one who like nobody believes and he's always trying to like plead his case to like the higher ups every week and getting his cases shut down and taking off him. But also it would have been that TV show, was it like an X-Men mystery or? Yes! It would have been stuff like that where it was just like there was never any like clear answers to anything.

It was always like left very open ended with the questions. A lot of people had amnesia in the 80s and 90s. If you watched it, it's not an episode that someone didn't have amnesia in that time period. I think that's why now this saga still holds up.

Oh yeah, terrifying when you're a kid. But yeah, I think that's definitely where it came from. I think there was a little bit of a boom in the 90s of like anti-government sort of like conspiracy shows. How have it real to me a bit?

I loved every time Muld was in the actual show and so next time he had like a child of optimism. When he was given these cases and stuff he always tried to believe. And we always had like sculling his looking out and rationalised everything where he was like wide eyes in. This is real and he kind of went along with them on that.

I loved the element of the X-Files. That was kind of like a child of innocence in a way. Yeah, you were always like shocked, Dana. Just like that.

Yeah, and it did it well. Well, like half the times he'd be right, half the time. She'd be right for a little while. And then obviously as I see he's went on it was like, oh yeah, the zealies.

No, Robert, you're grand, what was your big deal? Step into the world of... Can I just point out? We're back on Gillian Anderson again, guys.

Hi. Always end up asking Gillian Anderson. It wasn't me. We fazed him well when someone said, oh, should I have spare, Dana?

We tried to properly set him in the shot of Robl, or help just show him in. Obviously, X-Files a lot for me as well. I was in my early mid teens when X-Files came on like BBC2 in the mid 90s. Prior to that, the JFK movie was one where I just, because that, I mean, the cast is amazing.

It's a playlist of Nodum, but the JFK conspiracy, I was just like, oh, you're right. It doesn't add up and that's not it. I was like, oh, this is the one that's in the middle of it. It's like a good little take on things.

And to the left. That really brings the conspiracy to life, doesn't it? That entire movie... The last 10 minutes is where it really, when he's in the courtroom.

Because the whole film can be very confusing. Because there's a lot left to begin. But that last 10 minutes when he leaves it all out and you're like, holy shit. There is definitely something here.

Yeah, I love that film. I'm not saying it's really confusing for me. I can't keep up with everything. Should I maybe see Umbrella Academy season two as well?

Yes. People back in the first thing. I love it. I love it.

The thing with it though is that they're involved in the JFK assassination. Literally in the show. So that part was pretty fun to see them on the grassy know, messing about with teleport powers and trying to stop each other from doing anything stupid. For what?

Also, going on the JFK assassination. Yeah. The culture in that whole event. And...

What about you Sam? I'm going to have to be the same as you guys. We're all the same. Here John, the ex-files was massive when we were younger.

So yeah, ex-files. I think I had a conspiracy theory book. My sister would probably back me up on this one. I had a conspiracy theory book as well.

And obviously, JFK was just like, sitting there on it. It was just so fascinating. It was just so much. Yeah, again.

It was really rude. You could go down it. Yeah. Ex-files and books.

No, I think the JFK one is like a prominent one. That started a lot of it because I think a lot of people wanted to be more, or like see it, other was more, but I don't think it ever came out like fully or it might be one of them things where it was so obvious it was in plain sight type situations. But... Like it's just can't be as like white as Lee Harvey as well.

When the book plays in Texas and Sean, like there's so many other things going on. Like I just can't see the things like that white as that. Well, I guess was that like one of the first sort of big world events that was like caught on camera. Sort of like it had like there was a lot of stuff for people to pour over like pictures and footage.

And there's all that stuff about the Babushka Lady where there's like some lady in the photo and then nobody ever like found her afterwards. She was standing at like a good angle where she might have known some stuff. And then people were like, well, she was the Russian spy. Like all that stuff.

That book that I had had, had a high shot of the whole thing. So it was like frame by frame. So you could, you know what I see, so if the book to poetry is here, then the bullet couldn't hear. Where's that?

You know what I mean? It was like a grassy, it was a grassy no-all. Yeah. Yeah, it was a good idea.

How did it go? Did anyone, um, quickly about a person listen to Radio 2? No, I'm watching this in the video too in a long time. They did the whole, they did the whole day, minute by minute.

Right. It was so interesting. Like it was literally from, you know, JFK is getting on the plane and it was literally the whole day. It was just dedicated to doing it in a minute by minute of the whole event.

Yeah. Like even going to, when, when, when, and Be Johnson was sworn in on the pictures, just, you see them photographs of him being sworn in on their first one. Well, all the photographs of that, he is just imprinted in horrific. Like the clip on saying like, I think certain tears are imprinted on people's minds.

I know we were a bit young for it, but like people always say they're not, they're going to remember the day that JFK was shot off when 9-11 happened. You know exactly when, where they were and stuff. Well, I think before we delve too deep into that, because I think that's going to be like a rich subject to go into. Mine was a little bit before the X files, if I'm going to be honest.

It was a little short on Channel 4 that I think we only got one season of. And honestly, it was one of the best TV shows I'd ever see. Anyone I guess? You were Indiana?

Indiana, that was the one. Seriously? Seriously, if you watch that, as a conspiracy, like, seriously, not. It was so interesting, it was so ahead of its time.

Just for the aspect, the topics I know everyone goes to, like the favorite episodes, like the top of the episode, where the forever where the twins get put on. But it's basically a show about, like, two of us friends, Simon and Marshall. Where Marshall moves to, well, Indiana is sitting in this place where it's so boring and nothing happens. Or then it turns out it's like a creepiest and weirdest place in the world, where the dogs are planting over the world, the core of the world, like my favorite episodes, Marshall's dad's briefcase gets, gets, gets, goes, gets him, goes, so he decides to find it.

And he discovers this place where it's called, I've got my top, but it's like a lost area where it basically helped in the economy go by by stable, not what they classed, the stable, but taking things so people would lose them and buy new stuff. And that was the whole premise behind it. So, and had like the guy out of the burps in it and the guy who were gremlins, like the old block. But as a, like say, a pre before X files came out, this was as close to that type of feeling before anything.

It's an absolute crime that we only got one season of that, because it was absolutely well ahead of its time. But as soon as I watched that, that's when I knew I was like interested in like the weed and the wonderful. Yeah, it's such a good series. Yeah, like I said, my mom is being living in forever where 20 years, she, my mom absolutely loves the year Indiana, like that was one of our favorites and X files, like my mom is a bit of a notch, like she loves the idea of a camping conspiracy.

We had like a similar show when I was a kid called Round the Twist, that was kind of like, it wasn't, it wasn't the same, but it was like, you know, two kids and we used to put it. It was pretty. But yeah, I would have definitely like seen a lot of that as well and been like, oh, this is like weird stuff happening every week. So it was like in this weird little, it was kind of like a coastal city in like, like Australia, when you see it.

Yeah, it was the thing, the thing, the thing that you used to say was, I've never thought that this change thing happened. I was enjoying it. I probably did. But do you think why would you not move from these places?

Like my mom watches a lot of Midsom and Murder. I mean, like, you're still living in it, like all this shit is happening. And you're still living in this place. No, I'd be out.

I'd be back and going. Well, I was the phone in that one. I live in Deidre's room. I live in Deidre's room.

I live in Deidre's room. I live in Deidre's room. Yeah, but that was probably when we first thought it, then moving into X-Files and probably a little bit more out there. It wasn't really a conspiracy, but it was like all about aliens stuff, the elements.

Oh, that was more bumpers and crazy stuff than actually the X-Files, just because it's been standalone episodes. I just remember that I was actually terrifying as that time, like how scary makes it something. So especially when it comes to aliens, but, and I think that's when my obsession, because I did go through a stage of probably some teenage years where I was obsessed, I wanted to read and find out as much about like, aliens and counters and I suppose the TV show, that was about like Rosewell and stuff like that. I had to like say, clearly not breathing because when you think about the whole like, see, well, the world and the universe and stuff, to think that, I know what it gets pretty deep, but I think where they're only living beings out there is pretty egotistical to, as I raised to think that.

I think the big issue where like, the discussion comes in is, have we been visited, are we been visited, or have you been in the past and not returned? I think that's the big one. And Grant's gonna have a little bit of a look at that. Well, I said I was underprepared, but I put a thing out on Facebook that like makes that no conspiracy theories to chuck with you my way.

And one of my mates struck the, the Fermi Paradox at me with the dark forest thing. And after I'm absolutely fascinated, I said I don't underprepared for this. And I did actually go down a little bit of a hole. About how, was it the mathematical odds about life being out there, is that obviously there are probably hundreds of thousands of civilizations in the universe, but the dark forest theory is that every single race knows that they're inherently hostile.

So all of that alien races, they assume other alien races are inherently hostile. So like prey kind of creeping around in the dark forest, try not to get taught by the predators. That was amazing little thing. So every civilization has kind of got that fear of actually going out there and finding stuff to be scared and just that they're going to get attacked when they get there.

Is that the premise? They don't want to find things, because if you find something ultimately you are also found. If you find the predator, then you are dead. Yes.

Except for obviously less than the fucking voyage of the world. I'm not going to find Elvis right on Twitter. Hello, coming at us. I'm just going to hide where it's going to be.

That is interesting. You do hear some of that, that sort of like the government or the army would like to paint the picture more often than not that. We don't want to meet the aliens. Like the aliens are going to be bad.

Like that seems to be the only information you get out there, like either fear or like, you know, the population couldn't handle this if this got out, you know, it'd be like mass hysteria. But yeah, so maybe other planets maybe also have that attitude, and they're like, we don't want to meet the crazy monkey people of Earth. It's like, as I said, we sent the pictures out of the look now with genitalia, it's on what the fuck is that? I don't know, I can't hear that.

But yeah, it is an interesting talk really, when you think about aliens as well, because if they are able to get here, like clearly they want to be more technologically advanced than us, to have that type of thing. So again, what a civilization who's advanced that far, would they be still next to you? Because I would like to think I know it's like the human race has that inability to self destroy at any given opportunity that like say, it's either about ego or when you're self conscious, that's that's that's in every embedded human thing. Will they have got past that?

Will they be able to see things like say, say it and all it'll be nice to think of any of the rest of the day, come here that there wouldn't be an up and down rate. It would be more to like say to see what we've gotten possibly. And around and going to act. Because the first reaction that came out of me would probably do, if we had an alien race, would probably be as like that film don't up up, when the crazy American was shooting at the comics.

So that in essence would probably turn around the same thing. I think I've nearly shipped came down, not just the Americans, like human time would probably stand in accordance and show that people asking the questions, why he. Yeah, I mean there is like, there is supposedly documented cases of people taking shots of bigfoot and stuff like that. So like, if it like, yeah, if it wasn't alien, like the army would have the missiles all pointed out, and what if I can detect that and they're like, oh, oh, oh.

That's how we're going to play it. That's like the two like that conspiracy that don't involve, like don't bother, they're not engaged in them is big footage and the loveness. Right. My husband is massive in conspiracy theories and he loves anything to do with aliens.

And he has why he's like, John Baudwick, but when it comes to like bigfoot and lockness, like, I'm out. Like, I'm not, I'm not interested. So Harry and Nennison's wasn't like, wasn't your way there? It wasn't a document.

So Don Lifford didn't make friends with a giant foothold. Childhood ruin. The bigfoot one's interesting, right? Because I've heard some like interviews with either Pat or Son or Gamely and the two guys who took that famous footage that gets shown around.

And like, they, I suppose, I have made money out of it afterwards, which so you could argue like, well, it pays for them to make up a story. But like the sound dead genuine. And I think these like 80 years old at this point. And I'm just like, I don't know why they would lie.

It might not have been a bigfoot. It might have been someone playing the hooks on them. But it's definitely a weird video. You can hear that.

The good liar can tell the story the same way over and over again. It's the people who are telling the truth that can change and change things. Because obviously your memory starts to play like tricks, like, did you stay like, did I do that? But a good liar will tell the same story every time.

That's an interesting thing. I've listened to a lot of crime podcasts. I'm like, I'm on the right track here. I'm just glad you can just lay it out loud as in, because I've rehearsed it so many times.

There's no error in what they say. But someone who's telling the truth will, you know, memory you'll like, stop thinking about going, what did I do that? Did I move to the left? Do you know, do you know, can you story or change ever, society?

I think with the bigfoot one, like, well, not just bigfoot, but when it comes to the ancient monsters, that's a kick in the big rock nest. I always find it hard to get on board with just because there's never any practical evidence. I know I'm back to say in the American oil in the wilderness, like especially in the forest areas, it's almost impossible to search every area and stuff like that. But there's never been any bodies.

There's never been any kind of like, bones or other than footprints, which can be made at any time. There's never been any found like, whether it's sketchy videos, because if you could sketchy photograph or sketchy video, surely the same as pass away or if it's the driver or for a link, surely we should have, especially with everything that we have, like satellites and stuff. It's getting, let's take away a little bit of the mystery in the world. Let's say, well, that's as hard as it's hard to hide things and stay at like, I can't.

So that's when the conspiracy theories change the story. Absolutely narrative. And they go, well, what about what, well, big foot could be, he could be in a dimensional being and we're just seeing a crossover of the dimensions. Oh, they're like, yeah, like I've heard that theory before that they kind of occupy the same space and sometimes we see flashes in like the wrong sort of dimension.

And that's why there's no evidence. But I have, like I said, good pointy brought about it about like the dimension sorry to take the segue. I guess we just watched the show on an omeagore, like the history tunnel, I know they're not renowned, probably the most credit worthy, like say a historian shows fun, sky and stuff like what I got like engineering and stuff. There's one called skin wall, skin wall, a brunch.

No, but I think we're going to release the watch though. That story is absolutely nuts. I can't really follow it. I can't see how it followed it because it's so complicated, but yes, go on.

I can't see how it's going. I just like to cast on it and I just like, I'm getting it. There's about two seasons of it out now, but it's basically this ranch in Utah and the European Union where it's kind of half on like Native American or was Native American land as well. But it's such a bizarre place.

It was taken over like a billionaire, a bit bigger was something that I can't remember his name. I'll post it with Google search in a second. But he bought in the early 70s or 80s, done a shit ton of research because like this ranch has everything from alien sightings, cull mutilations, werewolves, anything like that. Paranormal went on on this ranch and this billion, there's tech billionaire, done loads of research and he sold up to this other millionaire, a billionaire, and they got this guy in from NASA who's on every single history channel that goes from like Curse of all Island to like, he's a renowned NASA scientist, given that way.

One of these people is like this and they've done actual tests where they found gamma radiation, microwave radiation, like in different areas, but it kind of moved around. And there was like almost like when they're done searches where they've been in the sky, it was kind of like, when it got so far up, it was almost like a force field or some kind of like fields interfered with everything, like they're doing a weather balloon and after they've done the solid test with this weather balloon said they've never lost it or never lost the data. Guess what? Of course, Miss Endecan't find it, they never retrieve it, anything that they send up so high in the sky, it kind of just gets fried and then every time the dig, things start to happen, like if they dig in the ground, so they had like rules where they weren't able to test the soil or anything like that.

Because one of the guys who was part of the digging thing was end up getting like a huge tumor in the battery's head through like the radiation. And then if they went in this barn and stuff, there was like high levels of radiation just fluctuating and they got people in and they said, oh, I think it's a dimensional rift. That was one of the explanations where these aliens would come along and well, not really, it's like over the pains from another dimension and kind of interact with these people where like I said it was beasts, back destroyed cattle, one of the cattle, like actually you see dying season one and they don't want to touch the body and the laborer, well get out of it and they're tested and died of being scared, they're fear killed, they killed the cattle and then the years later the body still hadn't decomposed as normal, it was still like it was living but the tissue hadn't aged or anything like that. So it was kind of like batshit crazy stuff going on in this short but it's a very much done produced like a history channel show, like if you ever watched the Curse of All Diamond, it's very like loads of stuff won't happen but you don't really get in many results but this one you do get little bits of results, like you see little things in the sky that they can't explain which again might be camarachered or might be thing but it's anything like if you like say the conspiracy theory side of it, it's quite interesting because it do actually record lots of these gamma radiation that shouldn't be there.

Well that's a really good segue to one of my favourite conspiracies or yeah government cover-ups is the Arizona lights with the lights in Arizona where they're in the shape of the triangle. Yeah that was over Washington as well wasn't it? It was just the same time. It was first sighted in Arizona and then it was sighted later on in the tric the government tric the it was flares.

Usually they're in a triangle. Information, yeah. Not moving, not flickering and the government tric the it was flares and I threw all going down rabbit holes on that one. I think it's so interesting especially listening to all the footage from the time when cameras were going to read but there was still like you could still make it out.

That was definitely there. Well that was actually the awful itch of it as well. I think it was even in the British tabloids like across a cross-mergaly these giant triangle things that were flying up. They didn't make up too much of a big deal but they never really did explain it.

It was Ivo as I said, I've tested a new special vehicle which I always think was quite interesting because it was a show I was watching a while ago. It said basically how the American government kind of lets out the information about UFOs or about new aircraft was through the shi- newspapers or the shi-thing like the inquiry I think it was called in America. It was really pretty. It was kind of like woman's sleep so bigfoot but in the background there was always a true story.

But did you know who started up the inquiry? I was on the head of the CIA. True story. One of the people I was head of the CIA during the 60s possibly came out in the diatron but he was a former CIA head of the CIA who opened up the inquiry and apparently the rumor is the conspiracy is that it was the way from them to release information but do it in a way that no one would ever believe it.

Isn't that in the men's lap though? I think isn't that in the men's lap though? He checks the bar in an actual order as well. Yeah yeah because he checks like the rubbish papers and then they're like oh my husband's a bug and they're like there it is.

I didn't know it was it was headed like it was started by one of the big guys in the CIA. That's awesome. Magazine's class. I always used to look for it when I went to Florida always.

But yeah like it's because some of the stuff that comes out like say the bachelor crazy ones but it's always the ones that you just make sure think of the quite interesting ones. The ones that they're still talking about. I know we've touched on a little bit and I wouldn't mind going back to it in a few seconds like the GFTA one. That one always goes up.

But if we're going down the aliens we can't not talk about the most famous like alien conspiracy theory of them all as well. New Mexico type thing that whole aspect that was not a fucking word of a word. I'm sorry. I'm not going to make a little bit of mind because Roswell again is not something that I'm interested in so you might have to do an educational trip for those.

I don't know the dates so again I think because it came out and I think the date actually happened. America actually announced aliens are with us because an Air Force captain I basically went to the papers and said look this went to the spaceship crashed. There's bodies found off in the wreckage aliens be a alien's air bodies and people will actually run this town of Roswell. We're actually taking parts of the ship hall because they didn't know how to react to it at this time.

I think within the day of the news broke all hell hit Roswell New Mexico like government agencies and everything was to fell on to it where the cover up was real. That took photographs of the army general army sorry the Air Force general who announced it holding parts of a weather balloon. I look and shicklessly like this is what I found and it was a bit of like tin foil and like manneas shit clearly wouldn't have done the burial damage that apparently that happened and ever since then people have like flocked to it but that's when the government went full lockdown and they had denied everything but that's I know it's been a few times down the years where they've retrieved parts and stuff like even actual spaceships but that was supposed to be the first time when the American government got the hands on it. I think that's when it started Area 51 as well or 50.

Is this like the first time the government has been seen to the cover up? Yes like quite blatantly as well you know Jackie just the jit happened there's no we put we piqued everything together with information that we had but is this one that like because everyone could visibly see like shit that they yeah it was it was so bleh and even for the time like because I think at the time the government said jump people back then were like shit it's the government we have to do what they said we're already back then but this time it was kind of like we're there this doesn't add up and it's never added up since and I'll accept it's one of them things where they'll probably never admit to because I know it's like it's been stuff where the American government or in our government now releasing more excuse me more information on things that's that's also happened or seen or things that can't explain naturally yeah but a certain period where that can only keep it locked up because they've certain things of geocays assassination details that we don't know they'll be released they'll be released a bunch of years ago actually but when they opened them it was nothing it was fairly used I think the problem is they can still redact things if it's like a matter of national security so they can always the conspiracy they can always get around to release information they can give you some paragraphs with like blanked out parts that would raise that's fine as long as they opened it and whatever was there is public knowledge even if it is black out it was not that I don't think Roswell would ever be released or that's like Roswell actually kicked off like that pretty famous like alien autopsy like tape as well didn't it well and decked in a movie about the real tape but that has been confirmed to be a hoax but obviously at the time it was like oh shit I've got this like secret footage of an alien autopsy because it was like all like shaky cam shot kind of like a first crack at a kind of player which type of deal yeah it's interesting though like I don't know it's weird like I'm not sure if I believe that the found an alien corpse in Roswell but I could definitely believe parts of like a ship I don't know maybe not an intact corpse of it crashed from space you have the idea nor the realization caused caused no I heard of it yeah it's an art bell I think apologies about getting his name wrong but he was a conspiracy not like imagine that the long-gun man in one person and he got up well and and he had a caller who was on the run from the government now whether you take this as gospel or as you know it was a lot of shit it's up but this guy was ran away from area 51 he was the worker there he had so much information he's at the call it's it's on YouTube you can listen to it it's absolutely terrifying because this man is genuinely scared whether he's a fucking Oscar winning a performance or he is genuinely scared and he is shaking down the phone and losing so many times and then caused a course cut off oh no that's amazing it is so good like it wasn't a show where it was theatrical it was all just like the coming sign to you well it was it was like a calling show wasn't it like a late night calling show where people would just ring in with stuff and he just chat about it I guess kind of like this podcast long time let's know what do you say I'm gonna make sure I've got his name right because it's such a bell yeah he's kind of legendary in the kind of like I guess now the podcast space for all that kind of thing has been like the first person to kind of put that out there for like people do a night drive so they could get the spooky stories and stuff like that I would have loved it it's definitely him he is the guy who did post-force but if you ever get a chance to listen to that phone call you can take it for what it is or what you think it is but it is genuinely terrifying to hear how scared this person is he's like really just spill whose guts and then all the Sun just whiches oh no you know it's gonna happen to us today tonight we'll hit on one thing the strange and the small black well area area 51 is a strange one because they have released some files in the last sort of five or so years um and it's all like very boring it points to it being like an experimental aircraft sort of hanger basically whether it develops stealth technology obviously you don't want your enemies to know about your new stealth technology cuz that it's rendered obsolete immediately um but it's the kind of thing where like if you like walk up to area 51, they'll shoot you, like the order to shoot people who like trespass, and they'll send the Black Hawk, even if you're driving down the road, they'll send like the Black Hawk helicopter's out to like scare you away and you can get arrested and stuff. Just with driving near it, when you probably wouldn't be able to see anything over a fence in the day time anyway. So it's like, what are they trying so hard to scare people away from?

Well, how about a Fierce? But come again, I haven't watched it a few years ago, where the guy went for a nonsense that he was going to invade it. Yeah, the constable of us, I'd say. Yeah, and then the army was actually posting pictures in the groups in command us and the pictures of guns and the whole army like there and actually the FVI and everything went and visited them to see what the plans were, just to see if it was planned on to get them.

Like, come on, come on, come on, come on. It's a peer-back? Run. Yeah, because it was at the BC setting, you had the technique to get past the guns and stuff by running like near or something like that.

Not a Naruto, yeah, dude is major, right? Yeah, it's, holy shit. And that was area 51. Mulder made it very easy to break in now.

Yeah. You made it look so easy that you could break in area 51. Any kind of government-run facility Mulder could break into it. Yeah.

So, that's a little tricky. That's a big thing. People like that. Being the Greyman, I think, helps a lot.

It's been a type of situation being noticed, but yeah, Jake, it's a very profound point with area 51. Like, why is it guarded so heavily if it's just, like, well, not just, if it's a military base, it's going to be guarded, but tread in a way where if you get within a mile, you're starving, followed. Like, even if you've got a point where there's a line on the floor, it doesn't matter if you touch that line, even look at what you want to do. You either get shot or arrested as a threat.

Yeah. You don't want to say anyone. Like, maybe it was like sick of people. And then like, hey, people.

Uh-huh. We don't want you here. We're here. We're here.

We're here. We're here. We're here. No.

People as bad as what we think, you know. No, sir. But, ton about area 51. I'm going to, because I mentioned this on the X-Files podcast.

This documentary is unbelievable. It was on Netflix. I think it's just finished. You can find it on any dodgy, uh, and Nerdio North recommended a streaming device.

It's Bob, Bob Lazar, Area 51, and 50 Flying sources, it's called. I don't know if any of you guys have seen it. No, but again, it's on my list. Basically, it's this guy from, I think he came out in the 80s, where he'd done like an interview with an American 12-shore host.

Like, at the time he was just, as he'd come out with Dennis, Black Shadow, and he was giving out secrets about this time, working with, uh, on Area 51. And at the time, it just came out as bullshit. And stuff, but his life was made absolutely hell. And he came out and said, and it was actually this guy called Bob Lazar.

Basically, the American government wiped his records from, said he didn't go to MIT, which he did. He called, this photograph of him. This photograph of him, like, basically, and he's in the books and stuff, wasn't there. Like, see, MIT said, no, he didn't go here.

Wow. Basically, as he came out and said, he worked in Area 51, he described loads of things, like technology, that was in Area 51, that had not been seen, like, handprints, kind of, to the degree of, like, how the looked, and, I think, a few years later, that's when they started bringing them out, and they looked exactly the same as what he described. Basically, he was brought in to back, backward, trying to think the word now. Basically, reinvent the flying source that they had, to try and see how it was powered, and see how it would work, and why it worked, and there was supposed to be a new element, Area 51, 15, and it's been scientifically proven, this element potentially could exist.

It's been, like, say, big scientists, because years ago, it was debunked, and stuff like, you know, it's just fable, and stuff like that, but then it said it could actually exist. It's basically an element that bends light. Right. So to help with, so if you would bend in light, you could then take up that space, and that was the propelled system, and, as you said, he's never changed the story, and during this documentary, they were talking about the element, because apparently one of the big things that the government went off of it, because he didn't remember to snuck out the element, and that's why the government's been after it since.

There's been, as I said, big people in the Army, and Air Force, that's retired, and said, yes, we did work with Bob Lazar. He was part of the project in Area 51, so a lot of the stuff he was seeing is not a control, but in the interview, he took the guy who was doing the interview to the woods, made turn off every phone device, every listening device, just so he answered this question, and he said, I don't feel comfortable talking about it. Next year, every government agency really did his way worked. How did he sit in the corner?

Yeah, we're from the FBI to the CIA to the CIA. And they said, they said the reason, because this Bob Lazar guy now he works with chemicals, and so what they were saying is one of the first of his own time was there was a potential terrorist, so that's what they used as an excuse, the really sharp, and literally they went through everything, trying to search for the safety, still had access to this element, and he says the ordeal lasted for about eight hours, where he'd come in the morning, let me open the door, and send you up in the door, yeah, people around him, like black suits, guns, find them, sat in the corner, interview them, and let me toy's workplace part, looking for stuff, and just one team of people came and left, that swapped to other, and it was just a constant, uh, exit harassment, but, and this guy, like, he just, he looks like a nerd, he looks like one of us, like glasses, uh, basically, like non-threatening or anything, but fuck me, if I watch it, it would open your eyes to basically what, what could have happened and stuff, I was so interesting. That's crazy now, there's a documentary, about the dark web, but it's, it's done by Alex Winner of The Lost Boys, and Keanu Reeves does the voice all that, which is awesome, they can, Alex Winner and Keanu Reeves doing this, but he goes into, not in a great thing, but the Edward Snowden, and all that, and how right now someone is probably watching me, because I've got me Mac camera on, and he likes, just like all the crazy stuff, like the world, I was gonna say be careful now, we will get shut down. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, it's a the cover up the camera, like, how they stop on the camera to cover it up, and certain mobile phones that they want use, and it was just really, like, whoa, if what Edward Snowden said is true, wow.

Yeah, you hear that from quite a few different angles, it usually comes from, like, ex-military people who've pissed off somebody, that the will literally have like a file on your entire life, so I'm ready to go and stuff like that. I mean, I'm not saying that's like on all of us, because we're probably not important enough, but it seems to be the kind of thing that can pull together if they want to scare you. Yeah, definitely. Oh, you're, oh, you're, oh, you're not so just sorry, Grant.

Well, is there anything, anything that little agreement pointed out to you, Grant, is there anything that you think? No, you can't. I always want, I don't know if you guys can hear that. I don't know if it's ever done.

No, it's ever done. Bill Gates is controlling my dog, so I don't want to be able to drink one like that. Decided it's play time. That's a good mint bag.

Where was younger always wanted, I believe, because again, you know, what all the ex-files was on to, but yeah, remember when the Roswell take was released in 1995 or something like that, but mathematically, I definitely think there's something out there, but somewhere between, they're not wanting to find us, and I'm taking one look and go on, but no, I'm going the other way. I don't think they visited, I don't think anything's crashing or anything like that. I don't believe there's something out there, but... No, no, that's a good thing.

Because as you said, it would need a massive amount of technology or like, know how to basically travel the distances that we're talking to find other civilizations. Like if we went out there, it would be probably not our lifetime, it would be like our children's lifetime before we get to, like, say, a place where the potential civilization, that's when things like hypersleep is not physically possible, is the speed the travels can go through, like an old light speed, which what happens when you're going through so fast, and there's a common, any way that you can't really turn left and if it's away, it's not like... Apparently as well, like if you achieve like faster than like travel, you do age slower, so like, or the rest of the time keeps going at normal speed. This is obviously only like theoretical, because no one's actually done it.

But the theory is like, if you did that, you wouldn't be able to come back to Earth because everything would have aged like past year type of thing. So even if we did go, you can never come back to the same Earth. And like you say, like if aliens have visited, if they've got that technology in the technology, like abduct people and wipe their memories or cause so much trauma that you can't remember or your brain won't let you remember, like, we would have to like literally be animals to them, and like how often do humans look at an animal and go, well, I'm going to take this animal out of its habitat and experiment on it, but I'm going to make sure that other animals don't know about me, if you know what I mean, like, like, we don't cover anything up when we're dealing with like what humans perceive to be lesser beings. Like, we just assume they can't understand.

So you'd think aliens would assume we can't understand if they just rip us out of our house and be like, it doesn't matter, like, guide down the street, so like, how could he possibly understand me? I don't know, it's an interesting one. No, no, no, that's, that's what happens. Again, I'm going to be very, very careful with how our fears exist.

I don't want to offend anyone, but it's the whole like going down the rabbit hole. It's the whole creation list thing which the touchdown with like, like, Prometheus and what's like sci-fi, but how, like, if we've had like, aliens in the past that's been engineers to help move on humanity or like move us in directions and stuff like that. Because I know, again, not to dis, dis, I know one of our big rules is not this on religion and stuff, but big parts of the religion, like the bible and stuff could be explained by like, say, unnatural beings coming down from that. Evans giving us guidance, moving people from certain areas or showing people different technologies.

Again, could be leading in the way of, again, people's beliefs, but another being, shall we say, trying to put that as directly as I could. Yeah. No, it makes sense because there's a lot of Black spots in history where we don't know what the hell happened apart from we have books and stories sometimes to try and help fill in the gaps, but yeah, definitely gap. The touch done that on the Stargate TV show, they had like the Asgard called like Thor and stuff like that.

They were just little, little, little grays, but to the, for the ancient Norse, they were the gods because they had all this technology and controlled the weather. Certainly. The technology doesn't matter. That's how, back to again, we evolved because man discovered fire or what we shown fire.

Right. That's when the guy comes down with his claim, throwing his leg check this out. We're gonna be there. Could that's only where that goes?

Can I just crack one? Right? I started laughing at myself earlier. Can I just crack one of the most craziest ones?

I have a couple, but this tickled my funny born to no end. So you had the conspiracy theory that Disney wanted to be cryogenically frozen. Yeah. So we all know that.

We all know that in these family have debunked it so many times that it's not true. And put a card on the movie was released to take people away from that conspiracy theory. Yeah. Just like reading the Google search.

Like, you are searching frozen the movie, not frozen Disney. Yeah, Disney frozen. Then you won't get anything about heads and jars. I still prefer that premise on the wide and made the phone call.

So yeah, I'll see that premise over it. But I mean, that one's kind of plausible because like, you could have called that film anything. So I'm still related, but maybe the world like this would actually help us out on the Google SEO front. I'm trying to find it, but I was like, I wanted to have a look at some crazy and really crazy conspiracies in this Disney one camel.

And I went out online. I'm going to speak to you. We have either been in black now. So.

I'm going to talk about it. I'm going to talk about it. I'm going to talk about it. I'll go.

I'll go to Google. I'm going to talk about it. Can I tell you me other two crazy ones, which you probably already heard? I've been like, I want to talk about them for a second.

And so my favorite is that Kitty Perry is Dombinear Ramsay. What? On Google it, it is out there. The Kitty Perry is Dombinear Ramsay.

Oh, yeah. And my other one is that Avril Lavigne is not really Avril Lavigne. I've heard that one a million times. Yeah.

It's like it's someone like classic surgery to be the new Avril Lavigne. Yeah. It's so much money that the record company had so much money invested in Avril Lavigne as you died in a car accident. So they got a girl who looked very similar to Avril Lavigne.

So they didn't live there for me. That happened one thing. Yeah. That ends the bus.

Because in essence, if that did happen, I know it sounds horrible, but there would be a more money out with a death of Avril Lavigne than actually, if it was alive. I see everyone go through the roof. So yeah, that's always a crazy one. Yeah.

Don't keep Harry going. It makes me cry without that. Because I don't even know how you start that one. I don't know how you link it.

To be fair though, it's always the same one. Like any rumor can get passed around. I like a friend's episode where Brad fits in and the middle room and that's the real issue out of T. and we.

But also the poor McCartney is actually dead. Right. And that's been for some time. Basically, although at the weekend, I'm only starting with it.

Yeah. Paul McCartney is a replacement. So it's like another thing of Avril Lavigne. He's just a replacement person.

That's the real Paul McCartney. Tell me we're almost living through one right now. I mean, there's a conspiracy theory that the Queen's been dead since December. Yeah, I don't know.

I don't know. Just so we can get to here, which is our 70th day at the day. I've had a day to keep him green. And then it means that we'll still get up on quality.

And then we'll still get the one on cheeks. You're the pop things, please open. I can take a good segue off this one. And also link back to Paul's ancient civilization business.

The lizard people. That's a good point as well. Because there is quite a few different aliens out there. There's the Grey is there's the lizard people that live in the sewers.

There's like a mantis type race that's supposedly the leaders of the Grey is. But the lizard people conspiracy is actually home grown as in comes from a British export ball at David Ick. Have you ever wanted to pronounce it? Also a member of the Green Party until about the early 90s when the kicked them out.

But anyway, his theory is that there was either a race of reptilian creatures that either lived on earth at the time of the dinosaurs as the ruling class. They either left earth and came back or left earth completely. But basically that they created humanity as a species. Then they created lizard human hybrids after that.

Because I guess these were like raptor people before then. And the lizard people assume human form by drinking blood and reported lizard people are the entire royal family, the Rockefeller family, and the Clintons. There's definitely some more. Yeah, I'll tell you that.

I'll tell you that one. Yeah, and supposedly, yeah, they've got a drink, human blood to stay in human form. And they can also possess people apparently. It's because it's quite high in power and stuff.

I've actually thought that for so long. Well, that actually thinks about something we touched on about how the story evolves from like the years and stuff. Where it is actually true that a lot of high up families are related distantly and stuff. Like I think technically like.

Like the human house. Yeah, well, even like just like through like 20 second cousin, I think like Rago Banner's technically related to the Bush family. Like if you go through all the cousins and stuff like that. But it probably is just like a proximity sort of.

That's just kind of how sort of ancestry works. But it's interesting how it can like balloon into like the theory about aliens just because someone's noticed a few links and chain and then they're like, hang on a sec. You know what joins all of these together. Oh.

Okay, I'll go get a picture again. I'll get a guy who's named from the ancient aliens. It's called aliens. Yeah, so do you reckon that Hillary possessed Monica Lindsey?

There's some kind of weird kinky game. So that fucking building gets scar in there. This all makes sense. Yes, I will subscribe to the news level.

It's like there's no last thing that was North. Not to make crazy, but there's not like sexy aliens or anything like that when it comes to these conspiracy theories. So the only one that potentially jumps to mind is the marin and on Raw one with like a clear because GFC let her know about all the all the secrets about the aliens and stuff and that's why she was actually killed. I have a lot.

I have a lot on Marilyn Monroe because I'm obsessed with that. As I walked her in my house, she is there to greet me in a six foot form. I wouldn't be safe in my house. I absolutely love that.

I love that. But I also love all the stories that comes around about her death. Like the diary that was never found that has all the information that you know the contact that she had with not just G. K but Bobby Kennedy as well.

The manor and how she died. Because obviously that she had the pills in her hand. In order to kill her in a way that wouldn't be detected when I bought her because she would have had like a pull autopsy done. She was one of the biggest movie stars in the world.

And the injected that and I'm not going to be a gruesome but injected her in her thumb. All right. I wouldn't. I wouldn't.

In order for her that's only way it would be undetectable. I'm trying to make jokes out without them. That one's all yeah. I'll be first in the queue.

That is one of the conspiracies is that's where the injected are in order to kill. So it wasn't detectable because every inch of it was going to be documented. And yeah, it's so much the diary is really interesting. And also just all about other relationships as well.

It's not just that she had friends in the mafia. She had friends and really high chances but she wasn't stupid either. No, no, no, I wasn't. Like I said, as Nancy as she was made out.

But again, I think I think I tasted like a good segue back to the big one that we discussed with earlier, the GFK. I know we just touched on it because there's so much we can go down down. Because I just said, I know we'll move on to other things like the GFK one. But I know what came out not too long ago was the fact that apparently it's been known for years that the American government have got in a light.

The big conspiracy is the American government's gotten an alignment with an alien race for technology to advance and stuff like that. And each American president to get told has to take off to not share the information. But apparently GFK was told it was so shocked because basically giving people human test dummies for so many years that he told Marilyn Monroe as part of it. And that's why both of them were killed.

That's just one of the stories that came out. The real issue is that Kennedy was sort of like, he was everything that America wasn't at the time. He was all about equality, he was all about making sure that everyone, regardless of race, was going to take off. Oh, no.

That's the sensible side group. That's the sensible. Because he was everything that America wasn't. That's the sensible of it.

Then you look at the really messed up stuff about it. Well, it was very anti-crime and anti-mob as well. And as I said, that was Bobby. So Bobby went after the mob.

Bobby talked about the mob. But that was the whole thing with... Except when Lee Harvey Oswald was possibly one of the parties that was a kill. That was the shooter on the grassy knoll.

And that's why Jack Ruby was the one who killed Lee Harvey Oswald. So he didn't still have the information about them all. But he said he did it because he didn't want Jackie to go through a trial. That was the reason he said it for whether or not that's the true reason.

The interesting thing that always got me is the time after the shooting, the time in how quickly the car was cleaned. It took them seconds. But when he was removed from the car, the car literally goes. And it's...

Why would you clean it? It's a crime scene at the end of the day, isn't it? I had to clean it out completely. Liden was on an aircraft with less than a couple of hours after the president being shot and was sworn in with Jackie Orr standing there in a bloody dress.

Yeah. That was the image of the cars getting pulled away in your seat, Jackie. And especially Agent Scrum and on the back, trying to push it down as well. That was Harren.

But I know it's got... We're talking about some quite serious and grotesque work. My favorite GF-KS storyline was on a leap. Did you see the point on that one?

On the other side. Because apparently Sam Begga thought his role in the thing was to see a GF-KS. But it wasn't. At the end of the day, Alan Ziggy told him in history, Jackie dies, not GF-KS.

And now he reversed that. That's where he could go back and that's where he fixed in time. So it was kind of like... That was the element I quite liked out of the economy.

I know it's not about conspiracy theories, but I'm not talking about GF-KS. I can't talk about that. Yeah. You also the...

The special... The service men who were on the car. So the car is fitted to where there should be two people either side. You've got them hooks at the bottom of the car, where it's done on them.

And for some reason, they didn't have them where they should have been. Because if they're hard, you might have a different output. You might not have had him being shot with the secret service being shot. And just because of where the position...

Where they should have been positioned. So there's a little like fix like that that get me interested. And... Well, to be fair, when you look at the shot, Lee Harvey has a member of old office and impossible shot for one and done.

It's just crazy how... I know if he said he was a sniper and stuff like that, but fuck me. That was just crazy how he could... The angles, like the timing.

Especially moving target as well. There's another... I don't know if you cast it as a conspiracy, but do you know that he was exempt from his burial position? It was a guy who was so effing crazy about the fact that that is not Lee Harvey Oswald in that box.

And he went on this absolute crusade to get him exempt. He got even got his wife involved and they did it. And he was in there. How embarrassing.

Well, I don't know what he's saying, did you still have the rifle? Who runs the DNA test in my retires? You know how many people that happened to go? It's crazy.

Like, damn Lincoln was another one. He was under the impression he wasn't in there. He was still alive. Lincoln was brought up.

Lee Harvey Oswald, Marie Curie. The safety reasons because the shit themselves when they realised that she died of radiation were like, shit, get her up. New person. Sorry, I read about the Lee Harvey Oswald one year.

I went down a deep wall and it's the starting point was Lee's plane crash and I ended up at the autopsy of Lee Harvey Oswald. I couldn't tell you how far from me to be. It's always funny in Philadelphia where Charlie's got the board up and it's got like spider webs all over the place. I think they also do like a flashback episode.

Don't know until Lincoln being shot and it was done in Patty's pub. I don't know what Lincoln's concert is. Is that also a national treasure as well? That's a good conspiracy movie.

That's got everything though. National treasure is like a Nicolas Cage actually being good in a film. All the history and makes it use actual real history and certain aspects of this embellish it. Like quite like that.

But going back to the GFC, I know you started the conversation very early, Grant. I would love to know what you actually think after watching the films and seeing it. Mate, what I love so much about the GFC thing is I think we've all mentioned it so far. We've been speaking about an out of fucking law.

And nobody ever will. There are so many different people and political kind of motivations and socioeconomic motivations. You know, we've mentioned the mob, you've got the communists in there. You've got the Russians in there.

You've got the lizard people in there. You've got Marilyn Monroe in there. You've got Hollywood in there. It's like the more you dissect JFK, the more you realize that you will never ever ever know.

I get the truth because there's so many moving colleagues. There will be somebody out there that's guessed it completely right. It's probably Red Bull. It's going to be something mental.

And I love the fact that you can just dig in and dig in and dig in and look in and look in and look in. And the way you can, like you said, but spider webs, you can draw conclusions with it pretty much anywhere. That and I'm a huge bill Hix fan. If I didn't fully attest to the Kennedy assassination cover up, then I'll be part of my soul missing as a huge bill Hix fan.

So it must have been justice to the man. Apparently, Kennedy's assassination is the most written about event in history. Right. All right.

If you want to vote books on the Kennedy assassination, that's the one that has a highest number or anything. See, I thought the moon London would have been up there for the biggest conspiracy. How do you happen? The Stanley Cambridge directorist.

Well, there's no three different stories that come from the moonland. Like the first one, like I just said, I didn't happen. I was one London Hollywood set and stuff like that. But I think the shining, that's not that good.

The camera is in the cinematography in quite up there. But I love how they say like back then they could have had a special effects or to do something as as many as I'd be using as an excuse that the flag doesn't move. Of course, the one who is not going to be falling wins. Yeah, it's a lot of shit.

I am 100% big wind up there. They were there. They were there. I touched the moon man.

I touched the moon. You touched the moon. Do you think that's the fourth astronaut? I'm not a part of it.

Yeah, the moonland and the thing is interesting because it is the kind of thing where it is just like armchair like scientists for the most part being like, that couldn't happen. That couldn't happen. It's like, I don't think anyone else has put a flag on the moon and maybe you could sort of recreate it in like a zero atmosphere like test environment. But like those people touching stuff and messing around, they were like having to fix the vehicle because one of the guy like knocked one of the bird flaps off.

And he was like, oh shit, he would go again because he's like, because obviously everything was really fragile. Like there was just a lot of stuff going on at the time. But I think you brought up like that secret message on the medical channel. Yes, I've told you that.

That intrigues me. Yes, but I don't think I don't think like buzz or anyone has ever like said that actually happened. I think that's just some weird like kernel guy that was on like this, history channel. But basically, hang on, I'm sure I've got the exact quote somewhere for what's supposed to be said.

Right. So yeah, basically what some guy says is that during the kind of recording that we all heard that like, you know, the giant leaf of man kind and everything that at one point buzz on the eels, which is to the medical channel and says the here, the parking on the side of the crater, the watching us. And that was supposed to be heard by anyone who could monitor the medical channel. But and see me really was I think it was back then.

Oh, really? Could you think to people think the picked it up? The only thing is like, there's no like existing recording of this that you can track down as far as I can see. Unless it's been coming up.

Apparently, NASA have went on record and said, yes, he did go to his medical channel. Yeah. And they've said they cannot find the recordings. That's that's what that's that's been a currently exaggerated or official word from NASA is.

Yes. And I think was Neil Armstrong did use his medical channel for I think it was one minute and 32 seconds. Well, in 32 seconds. That's actually the private thing that they had in place because it was a 30 second delay because for some reason it was broadcast sent Australia that was then directed to America that around the world.
