Neshaminy Mall to close by end of the year

The Neshaminy Mall in Bensalem, Bucks County, will close by the end of the year. The mayor of Bensalem told the Bucks County Courier Times that demolition of most of the mall will start in December. However, the AMC movie theater, Boscov's, and Barnes and Noble are staying put. The developer has floated the idea of bringing in big retailers like Walmart and Whole Foods. They are expected to present a plan to Bensalem Council in the next month or two. (Photo credit: Andrew Harrer/Bloomberg via Getty Images)
