Estelle talks to singer-songwriter Nessi Gomez about growing up on the tiny island of Guernsey to a Portuguese family. She shares how her teenage mental health struggles were the beginning of a quest to make sense of her ‘shadow-self’ through creativity. Her healing journey took her to Costa Rica, where she lived in a community working with plant medicine for three years.
