SAfm — Financial services provider Net1 Mobile Solutions says t is not violating a Constitutional Court ruling that cancelled its subsidiary, CPS's social grant payment contract with SASSA. Net1 has been visiting several villages across the country with mobile ATMs and disbursing social grants to SASSA beneficiaries. The Concourt earlier ruled that SASSA's contract with CPS was invalid and that it should be cancelled by the end of September. The South African Post Office has taken over social grant payments. However, CPS, through its banking services wings Grindrod Bank and Net1 Mobile has been paying social grants to beneficiaries. Sakina Kamwendo spoke to Net1 CEO Herman Kotze.
