Netanyahu Set to Sue Haaretz Over UAE Attack Claim | US News

Netanyahu’s office is preparing to sue Haaretz and one of its journalists over a report claiming the UAE warned him about an impending Hamas attack before October 7 — a claim his team calls outright fiction, backed by call logs and security records. With elections looming, the story has ignited political firestorms, with rivals like Eisenkot and Bennett using it to question his leadership, while Haaretz stands firm. The UAE remains silent, but the legal showdown underscores Netanyahu’s mounting pressure as scrutiny intensifies ahead of the vote.
