Nets Bench Shines, But Cavs Secure Win

The Brooklyn Nets, despite a valiant effort from their bench, suffered their eighth consecutive loss, falling to the Cleveland Cavaliers. Michael Porter Jr. led the Nets with 26 points and 5 rebounds, while Nolan Traore contributed 17 points and 2 assists. The bench, including Danny Wolfs career-high 23 points and Grant Nelsons 11 points, kept the Nets competitive. Despite a halftime lead, the Nets couldnt hold off the Cavs, who secured the win with clutch shots and free throws. James Harden nearly notched a triple-double for Cleveland. Nelson made history with his double-digit points, rebounds, and blocks in his first two games. The Nets head to Miami next Tuesday to face the Heat and try to snap their losing streak.
